What Soruan3 is saying is that Earthdance was happening in Porto Alegre too but it was raining alot and it was a pity. (Probably he/she didn't go bcuz of the rain).

What happened in Porto Alegre related to Earthdance? I'm with the international Earthdance org and we would like to know of any problems. thanks.
