  • small calves not athletes at all my trainer told me you have to train your calves twice a week in a gym and they got 2 inches bigger and i run alot faster since my calves got stronger

  • the first part on step ladder was very good. If they were continuing to work on fast quick steps, then the coach should instruct them to take many small quick steps and not wide open steps just to pivot and cut.

  • Whilst I am with you on the intention, I don't see a great benefit of the bands in these drills. They would get the same if not more benefit by the drills alone rather than having the bands fixing them in shortened and irregular muscle ranges...

  • @SiTatePT that is exactly why we do both. with the bands and without. we work on core strength and the full range of motion.

  • @brownpride012 these athletes are wearing resistance bands that help build strength, speed etc. at the end they get fatigues. they are working hard and trying to improve their skills. maybe you should try saying something constructive.

  • where were the resistance bands located? I didn't see any.

  • These athletes are using resistance bands to enhance their training. this give them the ability to train for speed , core strength and sport specific.
