I Love how trainers jump on the core strength band wagon. I guess the more they talk the more they think they sound important. If I said standing upright involves leg strength, core strength, and upper body strength, I wouldn't be wrong. But I should tell you the focus of the exercise, not everything that's being worked.
small calves not athletes at all my trainer told me you have to train your calves twice a week in a gym and they got 2 inches bigger and i run alot faster since my calves got stronger
these training probably help, and i apreciate what you're trying to do here but those kids will never get to the level you'd want em to, they don't look motivated enough
SuperNaturalJump2012, YouTube,Out of this Universe!!! Absolutely Beyond Belief!!!, It is the most incredible elevation out there ever, Im floating over 5 feet vertical in the air!!! Im 5-9 feet tall & I am touching a ceiling nearly 12 feet & 6 inches high, That's Nearly the Top of the Basketball Backboard!!! Also my head is Astonishingly near by a ceiling higher than 12 feet!!!The NBA Will Never Ever Be Ready For This Kind Of Surreal Flying Elevation!!!!!!!
o and guys just cuz your not doing to well dos not mean anything with heart and determination you will achieve ex: Tom Brady ran a 5.3 40 in collage and was picked in the 6th round to the nfl draft and he has 3 super bowl rings
the first part on step ladder was very good. If they were continuing to work on fast quick steps, then the coach should instruct them to take many small quick steps and not wide open steps just to pivot and cut.
nice work coach., but dont forget those gutbustin pyramid workouts...ie., race a110, rest a 110, race a 220, resta 220, race a 440, rest a 440, race a half, rest a half, race a mile, rest a mile, race a 2 mile, rest 2 mile and back down...the kids will hate you for that one, but they will get in shape...
Young athletes tend to be a little uncoordinated, so I won't criticize because some of them may well turn out to be decent athletes. BUT, Coach! You have to put them in a successful position to go fast. In the ladder, these kids are all standing up tall. What sport ask you to move your feet fast while standing up high? Their arm swing and coordination needs to be developed going from slower to faster movements. Lastly, due to space, once coordinated, is called a speed ladder. Speed through there
@minivz99 a coach doesnt have to be athletic, smartass. but true these kids dont look anyhow athletic. if this is a football team, i am going to go kill myself right now.
These scientist are having a grand tme brainwashing these athletes with this bull. It is new so they feel, wow this must works. No! it's no more like a experiment, like what they do with meds. It's like going to a school that is popular, and assume you must be better. All in the mind. You don't teach high knees doing 2 inch steps. Are they training for a mini football game?
How I run faster (Works 25% of the time) put sloppy joe in your pants, let loose a angry and vicious dog loose and voila! You are now running 50 miles per hour! I am not responisble for bite marks, lost limbs, etc etc etc.
Whilst I am with you on the intention, I don't see a great benefit of the bands in these drills. They would get the same if not more benefit by the drills alone rather than having the bands fixing them in shortened and irregular muscle ranges...
@MrPjv01 They're still just kids, none of them look physically mature whatsoever, so they're still going to grown into their bodies and out of their awkward stages
Why are people trying to say stuff for? obviously they dont work out or do anything to get their athleticism better. Laughing at people that are actually getting better with their sport. Wow go do something else besides watching this.
@brownpride012 these athletes are wearing resistance bands that help build strength, speed etc. at the end they get fatigues. they are working hard and trying to improve their skills. maybe you should try saying something constructive.
These athletes are using resistance bands to enhance their training. this give them the ability to train for speed , core strength and sport specific.
