@tenorbanjo4 a parte che non ne sono capace... :DDD comunque c'è già, digita ELIZABETH WARING'S PENNSYLVANIANS su YT...........a presto.... magari , chessò, riesco a riportare i Bratislava Hot Serenaders quest'anno (ehehe) ciao Marco!
Hi! Thank you for appreciating. These old italian recordings are a little difficult to be found in the original 78 rpm format, but many of them were digitalized on CD by the "Riviera Jazz Records". I suggest you to search this publisher online.
Thank you for your kind comment. The early Italian jazz is not very known in Italy too. But since 1919 and possibly before, our musicians recorded some tracks with a style very similar to the Original Dixieland Jazz Band. My personal opinion is that the whole Europe absorbed jazz as a sponge.
Fantastico Marco! Ho tra l'altro appena conseguito la proprietà di un ELIZABETH dei WARING'S PENNSYLVANIANS su Victor...entrambi stupendi!

Oh, I wish I had this record in my collection. It is simpley so great and I think it is because of the drummer, Mr. Bachmann, - he is DANISH! :-)

Wenn die Elisabeth nicht so schöne Beine hat. Great German hit from the Great Depression. Was composed if I remember right in 1930.
