It's just really sad how lost this person is. There is nothing Christian in this. I wish 'he' actually read the Bible 'he' talks about it. Hate to break the news for all you sympathizing "brothers" and "sisters", this person does not hold true to Biblical teaching. I'am not going to judge this person, but rather hope 'he' repents in 'his' ways. Again, just really sad how lost these people are. They need real Jesus. They need salvation and freedom that only comes from repentence.

I dated this person was the love of my life. She never an indicated that a need to be a man. never....I think this is the ultimate self injurious behavior this individual could have evoked on herself. She was an absolute feminist and quite a pagan. i can not believe the sensationalism of a mental health care system that for money and book potential could allow and individual with MPD to do this mutilation. This person as women never even wanted to experiment with sex toys!
