@dout9929 I guess when it comes to offenses, who really came up with it is hard to deduce seeing as how the rest of the nation takes it over. Like when our old coach Barry Switzer came up with the wishbone offense. It worked until every other school picked it up and how to defend it lol
I like him and his system in general. I think he is really good. BUt the Nebraska game pissed me off. After 4 straight games of just being aggressive and dominating he chose to run the ball, which we couldn't do all year, into their strength. first 4 drives: 3 three and outs and 1 first down. I was about to break my tv! By the time he got his head out we were down 17-0.
To be honest I'm glad he is leaving. I'm tired of yelling at my TV because Kevin only has 6 plays he likes to run...which are all run plays. And plus, Mark Magino will more than likely be our new Offensive Coordinator. And Mark is an offensive genious. HINT: The Diamond Offense.

It has been a hot subject on The Sports Animal since last Friday. Guess w/ school you probably don't have time to waste listening to radio. I would give Wilson a B- for his job this year. I think at times he was brilliant but too much of the time he was just too predictable and not aggresive enough. Although there is no way to know for sure, Stoops may have been a hinderance to aggressive playcalling when OU would get a lead. Wilson was way better than Chuck 3rd & Long. Give to Josh Heupel!
Josh is a great qb coach. In fact he is so good that I don't think we can afford to move him. Also has everybody forgot that Marc mangino (I know I miss sell his name sorry) as been hanging around the team this year. I think now we know why.
As bruins, we need to lose some of our staff. I think alot of the position guys got to go. SJSU on the other hand should keep theirs... since it was just a honeymoon season.
