@aaronfgeiger Wrong. The previous line-up with Rollie still in the band was unbeatable. Their best albums in terms of quality were the 3 with both Rollie & Perry in the group. "Escape" sold more but was a step down towards a much more Pop sound. With Rollie in the band they had a weird mystical element & thicker midrange vocal & keys sound that was a great balance to Perry's acrobatics. Not that Rollie is the most manly guy in the world but he somehow kept Perry's inner wus in check.

When artists go for dollars instead of music first they start to suck balls, faithfully.
