I am going to see Phil at Mohegan Sun this Friday. I saw him once time before there and his show was not only entertaining, but lots of fun. You can tell he is a natural especially with the piano. Did he attend any formal music shool? Some entertainers like Barry Manilow won't admit to it, but Barry attended Juliard in New York. He is trained by the very best.

I went to school (Brookville HS) with Phil. I remember laying on the stage with my homework watching Phil, tickle the ivory's. He STILL stands and does the deed. Great guy, then and NOW. So PROUD o' him!!!!

halarious! I can't believe he does a glissando using his hand. Most pianist know doing it that way is not promising to get the sound, seriously, try it, you're suppose to come down with your thumb nail so your hand won't just stop. ha. also, didn't understand how exactly the wealth would spread, but w/e. it's your average country song with the typical sound. @writerwesley2 Conveviently no one cares what you have to say. Regardless of what you have to say Phil Vassar has 6 albums out and check it out, someone pays to have his music videos made. Maybe his glissando is workin out for him? I think so. Did you ever consider that people like the "average country song with typical sound"? If people didn't, it wouldn't be made.
