  • @Historatia Poland invaded Belarus and Ukraine to make them free and capitalist. Piłsudski had plans to make a union compared to the European Union, but smaller. This union must fight against communism, but Russia attacked back...

  • TYLKO POLSKA!!!!

  • These were the days where the true ethnic Poles where ruling their own land. Today we only have puppets on the strings, who will betray their own for their own benefit. Problem might lie in the fact that we do not learn from our history and our mistakes! Someone once said: "Polacy to piekny narod, tylko ludzie kurwy" I love my old homeland, and if needed I could proudly die for it.

  • Polish loser empire!

  • @M0rtalDEATH888 Are you a racist?

  • @Lueelley

    No, I'm anti-Rusophobic!

  • @M0rtalDEATH888 Polish people is not Rusophobic... Russia believes that only.

  • @Lueelley

Did I talking something about Polish?

U said about polish people. I'm agree, u're Slavs,

    BUT

Do u agree your POLITICALS are Rusophobic at all times!

  • @M0rtalDEATH888 Bullshit.

  • @Lueelley

    Facts!

  • @M0rtalDEATH888 Not all are so ... Do not read the tabloids because they only write lies.

Poland !

  • Copernicus mother was German and her name was Watzenrode, father was from Slask. Copernicus was servant of the Polish Kingand spend his whole life in Torun. He has fought on the polish site against Teutonic Order. Martin Luther (German) wanted to burn him at the stake this "slavic heretic". He has written in latin and german cos those languages had the largest range in those years. On three documents he had signed himself: Copernic. I think he knew his own name.

Pozdrawiam.

  • Like many European states, Poland was an empire with imperial ambitions.

Imperialist Nazi Germany and Bolshevik Russia partnered to invade and divide fascist Poland in 1939 and thus triggered WWII. Although this imperialistic Bolshevik-Nazi collaboration enabled numerous genocides, atrocities and crimes against humanity, it also brought an end to centuries of Polish imperialism and colonialism in colonial Polish-occupied territories in Belarus, Lithuania, and Ukraine.

  • @Bosirant fuckin idiot! Poland wasn't imperialistic, because they never assign other nations by force, but by diplomacy. Ruthenian was official language in Grand Duchy of Lithuania, which was a part of I RP. Lithuanians today are baltic nation like latvians and prussians, but in XVI-XVII they were Slovians, ancestors of Belarussians. Ukraine was a land in eastern borders of Poland. Ukrainian nation was invented by rulers of Austria-Hungary to make them hate Poles.

  • @WujekJaR95 All empire eventually fall, just as the Polish empire fell. Ukrainians, Belarusans, Lithuanians and others like independence, just as Indians and Irish like independence. Many more independent states have yet to be created around the world.

  • @Bosirant That will never change fact, that they broken ceremonial union assigned with Poles. We didn't do nothing bad to Ukrainians, Belarussians, Lithuanians, Latvians, Estonians, Tartars, Hungarians, Romanians, Czechs, Slovaks and Moldavians. So tell me why Ukrainians have killed thousands of innocent Poles in Volhynia and Eastern Lesser Poland and praise people, who do that? Why Lithuanians change Polish names and rob Polish homes? Why Belarussians cheat with number of Poles in Belarus?

  • @WujekJaR95 Perhaps you should stop reading idealized, sanitized, and self-serving Polish historical accounts --and start reading Belarusan, Lithuanian, Ukrainian and other historical accounts of Polish colonialism and imperialism. Polish imperialism and colonialism, like all imperialism and colonialism, was enforced by violence and brutality.

  • @Bosirant

In Polish history book there are 80% historical facts and to this is made 20% propaganda.

In ukrainian/lithuanian book there are 90% propaganda, for which you fabricated these 10% facts.

  • @WujekJaR95 Why? You state "We didn't do nothing bad to Ukrainians, Belarussians, Lithuanians, Latvians, Estonians, Tartars, Hungarians, Romanians, Czechs, Slovaks and Moldavians". (You forgot the GERMANS of Royal Prussia who had their OWN laws, parliament, language and nobles.) If that were so they would all have loved Poland and the Commonwealth. The TRUTH is that Poland oppressed and "polonize" these people to make it a unitary state rather than a "Commonwealth. (more)

  • @WujekJaR95 The Poles forced the closure of higher education in German, Lithuanian. Newspapers in Belarusian, Lithuanian and German were often FORBIDDEN. The Poles tried to force ALL courts operate only in Polish. Lithuanians change Polish names that were forced on Lithuanians when Pilsudski was in control and you had to change your name to keep your land. In 1919, the Poles forced people to accept being Polish in Belarus if they wanted to stay on the lands they had owned for centuries. Why?

  • @WujekJaR95 With these administrative tactics the other peoples in the Commonwealth (estimated 18% to be German) began to fiercely detest the Poles. After 1919 it started all over again with the Germans and even today the Lithuanians and Poles don't get along and the Silesians are an oppressed minority. Only the EU Courts are keeping it under control.

  • @WujekJaR95 How ignorant are you? What do you call the 1919 invation of Lithuania, White Russia and the Ukraine with a fully equipped army of 750,000? Have you any idea at all of Polish REAL Polish history?

  • @WujekJaR95 You said "Ukrainian nation was invented by rulers of Austria-Hungary to make them hate Poles." That is the most stupid post on history on the entire YouTube.

  • @historatia Maybe you should start thinking. There wasn't been Ukrainian nation, until Austria-Hungary during partitions of Poland. Austria didn't want Polish uprising, so they started propaganda, which says, that people living in Austrian part of partitied Poland are Ukrainian, not Polish. But there was Polish people there!

  • @WujekJaR95 First, I don't think that you understand the difference between a "state" with its own sovereignty and a "nation". Second, Austria has NOTHING to do with the existence or not of the Ukrainian nation. Even when the area was under the heel of the Mongols there was a "Ukrainian nation", just as much as there was a Polish nation. Theirs developed a very strong orientation to two branches of Christianity.

  • @WujekJaR95 If you are talking about East Galicia then you should be VERY careful. There were Poles, mostly in Lemburg, while the countryside was primarily Ukrainian. The POLES were NEVER the majority even in Lemburg/Lviv/Lwow. It was a City of minorities. The Jews (the Austrian Jews by citizenship) were the largest single group outnumbered the Poles, who were second and the Ukrainains third, and Germans/

Austrian fourth. Poles keep talking about Polish Jews to add them to Poles, but thats WRONG

  • @historatia perverse lies

  • @historatia perverse lies

  • @WujekJaR95 Because these Jews were Austrians until Versailles and lived in relationship to the Germans, and not the Poles. Their names were Germanic derivatives, their language was Yiddish, a dialect from German. The Curzon Commission did the demographic studies for the League of Nations. For certain East Galicia was NOT predominantly Polish settled. That is a false claim.

  • @WujekJaR95 You are also VERY wrong about Poland, Under Pilsudski it was EXTREMELY imperialistic, seeking to gain control over lands (Lithuaniaa, Belorussian, Ukrainian, Czech) BY FORCE of AGGRESSION. That helped lead to WWII.

  • @historatia facepalm. I was talking about I RP, not II RP. That not helped lead to WWII, cause Germans wanted take from us Gdańsk and Polish Pommerania. Piłsudski wanted to get back all lands, which were stealed by Austria, Prussia and Russia after partitions. But after war with Bolshewicks and Czechoslovakia, he organised uprising in Wilno to get it back to Poland. Maybe he was agressive, but look at UK, USA and France. They fucked us! They sold us to commies hands after WWII

  • @historatia and Russia stolen our lands, which now lies in Ukraine and Belarus. Grodno, Brest, Lwow, Stanislawow and Ternopil was always Polish and these motherfuckers have stolen it from us.

  • @WujekJaR95 It was NOT "always Polish". In fact, far less than Pomerania was always German. Those lands, settled by non-Poles entered the Commonwealth and through that the Polish nobility gained control, but the PEOPLE were not Polish, and had no wish to be Polish. The Poles OPPRESSED the Belarus PEOPLE on their OWN LANDS, (denying them the right to their own language). re-born). The PEOPLE are the important ones, NOT who the oppressive nobility was. The land was NOT polish. Period!

  • @historatia Yes, West Pomerania with Szczecin was German by hardly every time, but in Gdańsk, Elbing, the rest of Pomerania, Warmia and Masuria was oppressed by Germany and Prussia. People living there was always Polish. There was never something like Belarus or Ukraine on maps. It was Russia or Poland. And in these cities, which I have mentioned, people was Polish. And there wasn't any oppressions about language, cause official language was Polish, Latin and Ruthenian, which is old Belarussian.

  • @WujekJaR95 Your logic is ridiculous. There WERE people in all those places. Just because the Polish nobles declared polish the language did NOT make it the language of the people. In fact THAT WAS PART OF THE OPPRESSION OF THESE PEOPLE BY POLES. THE OPPRESSION RECORD IN LITHUANIA IS VERY WELL ESTABLISHED. The Belarus language (similar to Ruthenian) was ALSO OPPRESSED. No newspapers or higher education in that language was allowed. You're ignorant of the facts of history. (more)

  • @WujekJaR95 When Konrad hired the Teutonic Knights to conquor those people for his realm it was NOT polish. That's pure nonsense. The Galindians and Yotvindians that lived in Masuria in 1200 were NOT Poles. You are apparently brainwashed. Wamia had other Prussian tribes. The Masovian Poles kept trying to conquer the peoples there, as did the Swedes etc, but they were NOT polish. Polish people kept trying to move in. These people voting 99.32% to stay with Germany in 1920. FACT. NOT POLISH.

  • @WujekJaR95 Ukraine and Belarus (White Russia/ Ruthenai) can be found on maps in Latin and German going back to the early 14 hundreds. The Roman and Orthodox churches were competing in these areas and had organized local governance for it. The Cities there brought in Magdeburg law BEFORE the Masovians adopted Kulm (Chelmo) German Law. Your knowledge is primitive and WRONG!.

  • @historatia - the Rothschild's Jewish evil agent all the time against Poles

  • @WujekJaR95 Well now. If Poland wasn't "imperialistic" then what was Pilsuds ki doing in 1919 when he invaded Lithuania, Belarus and the Ukraine? What interesting diplomacy. First you invade east and occupy lands that are not polish settled, and then polish "diplomacy" made enemies of ALL its neighbours until 1939 when Stalin TOOK BACK what Poland had not business taking with the Treaty of Riga. Poles are AGGRESSIVE IMPERIALISTS.

  • @historatia You're really fucked man. Wait, soviet. We have invaded Belarus and Ukraine? Wait, was there countries like that in 1919? We have stopped bolchewism spread to Europe, you fuckin moron! We have had majority in Vilno, even in Kowno. You say we break Treaty Of Riga. Maybe, but forming Lithuania was breaking international law, because Lithuania and Poland was in union after partitions, so they shouldn't have recede from Poland.

  • @historatia And you motherfucker think, that Stalin have rights to occupy Grodno, Lvov, Vilno or other made by Poles cities? And kill our generals in Katyn? And occupy Użhorod from it's legal owners Hungary? You're really sick man. Go on teraphy or something. Or read something about history. Poles until 1843 have had majority in Grodno, Brest, Vilno, Lida, Baranovitsche, Swieciany, Lvov, Tarnopol, Stanislavov, Kamieniec Podolski, Rowne and others.

  • @historatia Now there's no Poles in Ukraine, coz Ukrainian UPA-OUN and common people killed in awful ways 300 000 Poles in years after 1943. They were also sent by Stalin on Sibir or Kamchatka, killed in Katyn or taken by Germans as slaves. Lithuanians also have murdered big number of Poles in Ponary.

  • @Bosirant Read sth about I RP, you'll see, we've got the first elected king, who was the precursor of president in the USA. After St. Bartholomew's Day massacre in 23 august 1572 we've singned aggrement to protect every single religion. We have the second constitution of the world, which guarranted tolerancy to every minorities. After IIWW Allies fucked us and sell to communists hands! Why? Because we saved the Europe two times, one after muslims and one after bolshewiks.

  • @WujekJaR95 Poland was an empire just as England was an empire. Today Lithuanians, Belarusans, and Ukrainians enjoy sovereignty and independence from Poland, the same as Indians and Irish enjoy independence from England.

Instead of exploitation, colonialism and imperialism, now people want to enjoy sovereignty and exercise the right of self-determination and independence.

  • @Bosirant

    You and your "polish colonialism".

Tell me-who in XVII century was stupid enough to leave his house and go to poorer region? Who was stupid enough in 20', 30' XX century to settle in village somewhere around Stanisławów (Ivano-Frankowsk), when walking without a rifle was stupid idea?

  • @WujekJaR95 Stop speaking nonsense! There was an elected King, BUT there were the NOBLES with their "Golden Privileges". A Law required UNANIMITY to pass. It was a complete disaster as the oridinary people NEVER had the same rights in Poland. The paper says "protect every religion", yet Roman Dmowski proposed stripping Jewish and German people of their properties and wealth and giving it to "good Polish Catholic families." You know the Communist Constitution also had freedom of religion.

  • @WujekJaR95 Poland saved NOTHING. Polish diplomatic conduct after 1919 was that of a ROGUE state. First you attack Russia, Lithuania and Ukraine to conquer NON-POLISH settled Eastern lands and IGNORE the demands by the Entente (Brits, Fr. USA) to leave. Then Pilsudsky and Beck try to get alliance with France to invade Germany THREE TIMES. By then 1934 Poland has ONLY enemies. They Poland invaded Teschen and Poland REFUSE to let German Danzig rejoin Germany. Poland reaped what it sowed.

  • @WujekJaR95 You spout the MYTHOLOGY of the Polish Schools or what? Poland as Mother Teresa, innocent and pure? Nonsense. Polish behaviour helped start the war that Beck, Rydz-Smigly believed they could WIN. Rydz-Smigly toasted the war with his senior staff and Beck.. "To Christmas in Berlin"... He actually believed that with France invading on the other side the Poles would soon be in Berlin. Foolish Rogue State, and the YOU COMPLAIN. At least the Communists brought literacy up sharply.

  • @WujekJaR95 You know in early 1939, President Felician Skladkowski went on a national tour and was so disgusted at the living standard that he ordered that every Polish household had to have a slawojka installed within three years. Rather than dream of Miedmorze, threatening Germany and being a world power, Poland should have made friends with Germany and concentrated on building a better life for its people. It didn't! and paid the price.

  • Pierdol sie niemcu.

  • eiffelTowerMan@ ya maybi they defendet but the funny thing is that lithuanian r hating poles now, well Im polish n live in lithuania, vilnius n ya i mean we can event hawe our surnames in polish letters n but we dont give up i mean well some time just kick them ass ya we just sometimes puch them in a face n say to them pjorznik ty

Polaku nie zapominaj o ojczyźnie ja mam szczęście żyć w macierzy.

  • Kurwa

  • You forgot to mention that Lithuania was defending Poland from Sweden and Russia

  • @eiffelTowerMan

No no it's not like that ! I'm Russian and I know that there was NO Lithuania, there was Polish-Lithuanian Commonwealth, aka Rzeczpospolita, Lithuania and Poland were just REGIONS, not the nationality, so you can be proud of "Polish Empire" as well !!

  • @eiffelTowerMan Tell me, when? Against Sweden and Russia both sides fought: the Crown Army and the army of the Grand Duchy. History...

  • @eiffelTowerMan

It was rather the opposite. Though, I think the union was the good idea for both countries, even is some of Lithuanians think different.

  • @eiffelTowerMan nice joke

  • @MrAarrgh ...AND WHAT did your people accomplish that was so endearing or beneficial to the Polish nation for the last 800 years never mind the 20th century alone?

  • @MrAarrgh .......MURDER, DESTRUCTION, ROBBERY of an entire nation-(partner in partition) more than once with partners 1795-1989....Please describe YOUR HISTORY.

  • @MrAarrgh

Are you serious, or is that supposed to be an ironic joke from German, who was known to cause the BOTH World Wars.

Your predecessors bowed before us many times, what's most important they were the aggressors, their aggression always led to pathetic and shameful downfall :

battle of Cedynia, Płowce, Grunwald, Thirteen Years' War, Polish-Teutonic War (1519–1521), leading to the Prussian Homage in 1525 etc... Poland and USSR in Berlin 1945. I like Germans but you're disrespectful.

  • @RuchPolskichKielbas MrAarrgh won't reply friend, he's just part of a cabal of on-line nazis who are trolling various Polish forums spewing nazi propaganda just like the "good old days"

  • Proud to be of Polish descent!

  • @MikeofWyoming I prefer american women , u just need a good car and they will blow you , and maybe will do something more.

  • 0:10 bigger than Russia?

  • @dragonofthedarknight yes, it controlled moscow at one point.

  • @dragonofthedarknight

Russia is in Asia >,> Anyway Polish Army seized Moscov for 2 years.

  • @lucyper69 Part of Russia is in Asia. The other part is in Europe. Russia is considered to be Euroasia, but the capital and most populated parts of Russia are in Europe, so most people just say it's in Europe.

  • Poland never was the largest country in Europe - the country was called Polish-Lithuanian Commonwealth. Multi-ethnic constitutional monarchy which has very little to do witj modern narrow-minded idea of Polishness. I am Polish BTW

  • there's patriotism and then there's obnoxious nationalism - talking about being the 'greatest nation in Europe' suggests towards the latter.

  • @mrfrostynova

Well, not to brag and exagerate but I'm pretty sure that after the Ist Russian-Polish war when we occupied Moscow, we were not only the biggest but definitely one of the strongest nations in Europe, if not the strongest. The golden age of Poland was after the Grunwald victory all the way to II Northern War and incredible destruction of settlement. In the 16th century Poland wasn't united with Lithuania yet, so the land wasn't large, but the advancement was incredible.

  • great¡¡¡ nice to remember times when poland and germany were friends ( now maybe you are starting to be friends again) and when poland was the greatest nation of europe , greetings from the once polish estonia :)

  • respect for the Polish soldier

    not for idiots

Polish German friendship we shoul work together not arguee

    Long Live Poland

  • I like Poland but I dislike so overpatriotic videos. "When Poland was the greatest nation of Europe" - ahm - it was mighty - yes - but the greatest - that is at least very much disputable. - And the "Polish Heroes" - well at least Copernicus is also disputable -- I will not deny his Polish background but he had also a strong German component... - --- I like Poland but don't make the mistake of nationalism - Poland has a better face than self-overestimation.

  • @fwbz Copernicus ( in Polish it;s "Kopernik") has strong German component ? I'm sorry, but where did You get that ? It's not true, he was in 100 % Polish ! It's really hard to understand that one of the biggest man in history of world was Polish ? Maybe Friderick Chopin was French because of french sound of his surname ? No, he was also Polish.

  • @szysz3x Is a most likely German mother no strong German component - the contact with German scientiest and nearly no Polish ones? Maybe you should also read the Wikipedia - maybe not the German or the Polish one - but the English one for example. -- And by the way- Chopin and Curie may be 100% Polish by Genetics - which is not sure for Kopernikus - without France they would never have gotten so much fame - so of course the French can also be proud of their distributions.

  • Comment removed

  • @szysz3x From English wikipdia - a sourced quote (among others): Miłosz and Davies both say that despite Copernicus' German-speaking background, his working language was Latin,[99][100] though according to Davies there is evidence that Copernicus also knew Polish.[100] Davies concludes: "Taking everything into consideration, there is good reason to regard him both as a German and as a Pole, yet in the sense that modern nationalists understand it, he was neither."[100]

  • @fwbz Unquestionably Copernicus was familar with the Polish language. At University in Italy he announced himself as a German. All of important works were written in German and Latin, none in Polish. For most of his great work where he lived in Frauenburg he lived in a German environment. All of his works were published in Germany. (Norman Davies is so "pro-Polish" biased that it cost him tenure at a very good university.)

  • Im german but I have many friends in Poland =) Polen is Great Country with a nice History!

    Greetz from Germany

  • @ecwg0dlike not many germans tell what u telled now....tnx :)

  • and not many Polish saying nice things most of the Polish i work with are racist and tey hate Germans

  • @DeutschRitter39 I think they hate Russians more than German and now Ukrainians because of OUN and UPA and stepan bandera

  • @DeutschRitter39 i think than it is a different way of thinking...in my opinion i respect the Germans coz i have some German firends but sometimes are people who hate Germans, like Germans hate Poles... its a different way of thinking...:) sorry 4 my english:)

  • @DeutschRitter39 and you,re suprised?????????

  • @nonamefellow no i hate he ukrains myself

  • There is no nation better than any other and none worse than any other. Everywhere live great people and some bustards too. Greetings from Poland!

  • Poland FOREVER!!

  • @FRANKyyyyy100 polska na zawzce!

  • czy to muzyka z Medieval???

  • Every imperialist of every country shouldnt be satisfied with their borders.

  • @pistonbroke00 - nobody in Poland is unsatisfied with current borders, we do not want to attack anyone... we have no territorial ambitions. You have clearly missundestood the video, it is some nostalgy in it... but no claims.

  • We just want Lwow back ;).

  • Comment removed

  • @baszar24 YEAH!!!!

  • @baszar24 I know that in this right moment you're just messing around, but foreigners would treat what you've written seriously, and I believe you'd also mind if a German said they want Wrocław, Szczeciń or Poznań back, even if they ended it with a smile. So keep your comments thoughtful, it's just a friendly remark what I'm saying.

  • Comment removed

  • @merkurana To set things clear - Szczecin - 99% German, Wroclaw - you can argue, it began to form into a meaningfull city under polish reign, Poznan - 100% Polish. I was messing around just partly. Lwow was one of the most important cities in Poland, it was Polish through many centuries, you can easily compare it to Cracow. After WWII it was taken away by force. Is it wrong that i want this great polish city back to its people? Lwow represents a vast part of the polish spirit, Poland roots.

  • @merkurana What sort of Pole would i be if i didnt want Lwow back. Even the Ukrainians know that. You can easily speak Polish there with many people. The comparismant to Wroclaw or Poznan is total nonsense ( to Szczecin a bit less, but just a bit ). Although the fact that it is in Ukrainian hands doesn't hurt that much, we were one nation for a long time, so i see it as if it were inhabitat by cousins - sort of :).

ps. I have no love for political correctnes.

  • @baszar24 Lol, a Pole that's moved on? Besides, to me claiming Lwow back makes ,in term of probability, as much sense as, like, having a crush on a celebrity?

I prefer political corectness to profound knowledge, because people devoted to great achievements forget about the preciousness of everyday kindness, or, in simpler words, become douches.

  • @merkurana Nobody is making any claims that the Ukraininas should give Lwow back, thats nonsense:)...am i not alowed to have a litle sentiment ?:)Besides oportunities okure, so just wait for this probabiliti to rise :).To the second part-a very unjust generalization. I could say that people chosing PC become leaves on the wind, not wiling to fight for what they belive is right, afraid they wil hurt somebody. All in all lening towards thouse who have more power over the majority.Which is worse?:)

  • Only Lwow? You must be just a little imperialist.

  • @pistonbroke00

lwow has always been polish so it should come back to its mother:]

Chciałem Unii z Ukr i potem
