Yeah Fleur showed a polish that has the same effect. From superdrug, I bought one myself and I love putting a few coats over different colours to see the effects! It's probably cheaper from superdrug though. The name is Andrea Fulerton. Its called 'gemstone overcoat'

fleurdeforce showed a very similar nail polish awhile ago - it wasn't by nails inc. but it was a GORGEOUS dark blue, silvery colour.. i'm dying to get one of these types of nail polish but there is nothing like them (that i know of) in canada or the us.

Topshop just opened in Canada at the department store that i work at and they asked me to help out on cash and i saw that dress and its crazy super busy lol, and i just got super excited when you showed that dress haha : )

the 'effect' part of the gossip girl polishes remind me of andrea fulerton's gemstone topcoat, which looks lovely over dark or lighter colours x

Love the Nail Inc polish, can't justify spending the money though, they're so expensive here in Ireland :)
