  • The dangerous move for me in this workout is the split lunge. I didn't feel comfortable doing balance lunges from Legs & Back in P90X using a chair because I thought they were hard on the knees. This one, you're balancing on a stability ball. I can't even control the stability ball long enough to get far enough out in a lunge position to try to lunge, so I substitute a move for this one. Don't want to sacrifice my knees for one move.

  • Yeppers i use to look forward to that in phase 1 as its an enjoyable and productive workout and you can put in as much or as little as you want

    I will use this in my workout after i finsh p90x2 for an off weights day which will alllow me to blast it or take it easy (depending on how im feeling) while still developing my balance
