I found this video a year or so ago, but forgot about it until yesterday. I unfortunanly lost access to my youtube account because of issues with my gmail. I looked and looked for this video but couldn't find it because I didn't know the name of it. So I kept searching for a way to reaccess my account on youtube. I finally found a way today and am very happy as I watch this video again and again. I am so glad I found it, thank god I put it in a playlist :D

Often, the "creatures" who are called "monster" aren't monsters at all. Goes along with people. A goth isn't a monster, too. It's a pity that there are still people who treat goths like monsters... Shame on them.

OK. So this is based on a movie? a book? Who is the author? Where can I get it? Twisty ending. I liked it. "She couldn't keep my story a secret..so I devoured her." LOL.. I thought he was going to say the girl was her mother...naturally he'd either be her dad...or not, so she'd grow up to be with him. I like this ending better. What is meant by "looking at the dark side" for me, means finding beauty in darkness. Personally I tend to be nicer and more forgiving than most people, and I'm goth, so it's not about being evil or "dark" in the traditional sense. It's more about acknowledging the darker aspects of life but still finding beauty in them. Most goths tend to be creative and introspective. It doesn't really mean that you are depressed, but most goths probably aren't super-peppy either.

But they look at you like that because you dress all in one color, which represents death in many cultures, and wear strange things. You're GOING to get dirty looks, and I'm sure you knew that when you made the decision to become "gothic".

And you'd be surprised just how many people DO understand you--every other gothic person out there gets just as many dirty looks.
