The most deceiving movement of the history of Pakistan was the one which was launched by the religious political parties in 1977. Large masses of people followed the appeals of the so called Ulemas and sacrificed their lives for the sake of the Islamic system in the country. After the imposition of Zia's Martial Law, these political religious organizations began to support the dictator for nothing in the interest of the nation. However, they later made of lot of money through the Afghan war.

Feudalim is the base root problem of our political system. Most of the members of the parliament belong to feudal system. Unless the feudal system is abolished, no democracy will be sustainable. Every democracy based on feudalism will always be pursued by dictatorship. The Indians had abolished the feudal in the inception of their independence, so democracy became sustainable in their country. Liaquat Ali Khan had intension to abolish the feudal system. Feudal lords are his suspected murderers.

Justice and democracy can be established only after abolishing Zameendari System through a revolution. No reforms can be brought through any paliamentary bills. The parliament is itself in majority a body of feudal lords. Ayub Khan, Zia, Yahaya and Musharaff missed the opportunity of abolishing the Zameendari system. Had any of the dictators abolished the oppressive system, he would have been regarded as a hero like Jinnah and Liaquat.

The Chief Justice is there trying to straighten the judiciary inclusive of all the judges & the lawyers but that's all he can do. As the constitution making body is the parliament majority of which is the political filth of Pakistan now being exposed at a great pace by the media from all ends. Even if one goes to the judiciary to have his appeal/witness recorded its not done without bribe. If one gets a decision being his right he doesn't get it without paying for it. Chief please solve it.

The first US aid proposal was out rightly rejected by Liaquat Ali Khan. He said,The way we created Pakistan, that same hard way we shall raise it as an economically independent state. Just ten days after Liaquats martyrdom, Pakistan accepted the US aid. A rally of camels was taken out in Karachi as a gesture of gratitude. Each camel had board hanging from the neck with the words, Thank you Uncle SAM. That was the inception of our slavery.

It was the beginning of restoration of slavery. As Liaquat Ali Khan was fired not agreeing to US aid. Now we are drowned under the wt of US $ 55 billion. I haven't rcvd a penny of it. But our political filth has been bribed heavily by this amount to destroy Pakistan in all fields of life. All of us have returned this amount with due profit in the shapes mentioned. But now this dogmatism has been customized by each ruler coming. Suicide bombing & spanking of judges is the reaction now if it works

Political filth is based on feudalism. Unless the filth of feusalism is washed away once and for all, the political system can not be reformed. The word Democracy in our country is synonym of the word feudalism. Nothing can be reformed through our parliament in the presence of these feudal lords and sardars. However, being Muslims, we can't be dejected and demoralized. We have to look forward to a great blessing from Allah in disguise of something.

Education was discouraged for 50 yrs until it became a need. With education & development in mobile technology political filth is being exposed at a great pace by individuals as well as by media. The stage has come where if Political Filth twists & turns the law to protect itself, corruption is exposed. If they try to legalise corruption their become naked. The law is to be straightened at all cost. The political filth will not be protected any more legally with this action. I await the instance

Media & press are sold out mafia if you agree with me. In Pakistan even the opponent politicians pay the media to make one another naked. Anti Pakistan lobby also pays them to comment on corruption & destruction in Pakistan. Have you ever seen media discussing the industry & traders trying to move Pakistan & taking the load of Pakistan's economy on their shoulders. It just stresses on corruption. But the positive outcome is that about 2-5% of betterment can be observed in some dept of life.

The journalists like Hamid Nizami and Majeed Nizami have always been propagating untrue things about such a patriotic leader like Liaquat Ali Khan. Liaquat's grandfather Nawab Rustom Ali was such a rich Jagirdar that a man needed days to see his whole Jagir. But the sons of Liaquat are living just like middle class people in Karachi. Liaquat sacrificed all his wealth for Pakistan. The yellow journalism has been existent since then. In his last words, he prayed for the safety of Pakistan.

Present constitution in both Pakistan & India is the same one which British imposed to strengthen their rule in India. It has rather been further twisted & turned to support corruption, destruction & political filth to rule us. Rejection of NRO is a big step towards straightening the law. But its only possible if all political parties sincerely act towards it. Nearly all the politicians are criminals one way or the other. It seems a difficult task by them to do it. Judiciary must straighten it.

Corruption is very deeply rooted even in the judiciary. The lawyers do not posses any moral strength or courage becuase of their extremely corrupt judiciary. Decisions are simply sold out in the courts of law. You can find murders of tens of people roaming freely in the courts of law. They have no fear of law. They were tried tens of times in the courts but were always exonerated through heavy bribes. May Allah bless our beloved country, Aameen!

A PPP leader of Zardari group declared on t.v that during 12yrs of Zardari in jail they constantly approached the judges dealing with books of cases on him & warned the judges not to write any decision which may harm them or their seats. The lame constitution protecting political filth needs to be straightened & loopholes supporting corruption removed. Only then can Pakistan come out of slavery. Judiciary is a corrupt department. But if the ruling class wants like rejecting NRO they can do it.

My Borhter, well said about the threats hurled by Zardari and his cohorts during the proceedings of judicial cases. Similarly, Nawaz Shariff and his cohorts attacked the SC during their regime. The Chief Justice was manhandled and insulted. The same people now claim to be the champions of justice, democracy and honesty. Can anybody dare asking Nawaz and his cohorts where the funds of KARAZ UTARU MULAK SANWARO Scheme were utilized.?

Constant target killing by terrorists in Karachi was in discussion at tv today. An important fact disclosed on interrogating an mqm leader was that even the police officers are affiliated with political parties & unable to capture any of the terrorists committing this blunder. The increasing chaos & anarchy due to the hypocrisy being discussed is leading to another dictatorship. I doubt it whether the new military dictator taking over now will ever let democracy to prevail in Pakistan or not.

JUSTICE DELAYED IS JUSTICE DENIED. Unluckily most lawyers in Pakistan are one of the root causes of mischief being exercised at Pakistan since 1947. They find loopholes in the constitution, use justice delaying tactics leading to injustice & anarchy, paving way for corrupt politician class to rule us. Bar Council has failed to organize them & keep them away from this devilish behavior. Independent judiciary cant solve this issue. Even a law student nowadays quotes to hire a judge than a lawyer

We are still the followers of the judicial system of the British colonization era. That system was not really supposed to provide justice, but it was supposed to merely safeguard the interests of the British govt.. The British judiicial said,"Show us the face, we shall describe the law". The judicial system of the colonization era needs to be completely revamped. May Allah bless our country, Aameen!

If you go a little deeper you'll certainly find out that Muslims never said yes to the British rule. Mainly Hindu community accepted the rule as they were constantly slaves for 1000 yrs. With the emergence of Pakistan movement Britishers & Hindus started strengthening their own slaves by giving them money & huge properties. On Pakistan's formation these people are mainly the ruling community & possess the wealth of the country enabling a lame constitution helping them to rule as Britishers wish

Majority of the nation agrees with you. But what about the corrupt ruling community. First they give Zardari a red signal that if he's not ready to move as agreed together they are not a part of his govt or support him. The main menace of our society is the feudal system enforced by the British to rule over this region with the help of their stooges. No change can be brought through the parliament. Most of the parliamentarians are the feudal lords themselves or their supported puppets. Abolishment of feudalism is the only way of survival for our country. The dictators like Ayub, Zia and Musharraf missed the opportunities of abolishing feudalism. Justice is possible only after abolishing feudalism.

Its no less than a miracle but what needs to be done regarding future expectations is that the army chief must at all cost assist the Chief Justice in revival of judiciary, law & order. This can be a compensation of dogmatism exercised by Mush. Only then can Pakistan be taken out from the track of darkness & poverty to the track of development & prosperity. The Chief Justice has been restored and will Insha Allah start officiating on his seat w.e.f 24th March 2009. But will the Anti Pakistan Alliance (elite class included) let him function as he used to. As the Alliance claims to have invested billions of $ on Pakistan to destroy it in all fields of life. But if Chief Justice is let to enforce law & order & justice then all the investment so far is zero. Army Chief must be there to guard his life and help him out of any crises if created in his way

You may just observe that Anti Pakistan Alliance (Elite Class Included) will show their worse reaction to the implementation of law & order as they'll be exposed totally by the Ch Justice as well as electronic media. Yesterday the bomb blasts at Islamabad are a reaction to that. But we all have to move together if we want law & order along with justice to restore in Pakistan. Its a tough test & pray for our success to pass it.

Illiteracy is surely a big problem but the criminal class ruling Pakistan is the basic problem of the time. Unless this group is washed out, its difficult for any positive change to take place.

I think to do so there is only way! and that is Education. Through education people can know about the Criminal class or feudalism. Education is best way to improve the awareness. But the dark side of the picture is that education has been discouraged in Pakistan for about 40-50 yrs just to hide the dogmatism of the elite class joining hands with Anti Pakistan Alliance to destroy Pakistan. But now education & advancement of technology have enabled a camera cell phone owner to play the role of media. He can capture any clip worth publishing and put it on the net there & then from his cell phone thus exposing the mischief at a faster speed.

The Zameendari system is the biggest obstacle in implementation of any educational system which can be common and affordable for all. Pakistan needs some iron-man ruler who can take a bold and brave step of abolishing the Zameendari system.

The out-dated and obselete judicial system of the British colonization period is helpless against the feudal lords. The judicail history of Pakistan is full of such court decisions which were never implemented. The feudal lords have their own system of justice and jails. Even if any army action is taken against these feudal lords, all the so called public leaders express sympathy and unity with them. May Allah bless upon our beloved country, Aameen!
