Warning tin foil will increase microvave attacks. If u hear sounds they will tripple in volume if u do this. The first and foremost is always *density*; a denser material "blocks" or "absorbs" more of the energy than a non-dense one.

Gypsum (also called dry wall or SheetRock(TM)) is moderately dense and so is aluminum (including aluminum foil). Lead is very dense--denser than steel--but lead is also dangerous. It is often the case that those materials that can help us can also hurt us. I would say that steel is perhaps the densest material that is still safe to use *under very strict usage guidelines*.
@mikematloff Steel used improperly can cut you, crush you or even kill you. So it may be more reasonable to just use more of a less-dense material like gypsum or aluminum. However, aluminum is a metal, and as such it has lots of electrons. So you are right that if you the alum. foil is not thick enough, you will get a nice good jolt--maybe even worse than if you had no aluminum there in the first place. So as regards "blocking" via density, gypsum and steel are better.

@medulla62 I am on no medications. And simple experiments with "interposing" steel or certain configurations of aluminum foil attenuate or eliminate the problem. By interposing, I mean putting steel between myself and the direction in which I think a potential "beam" is being shot toward my body.
There are things you can do to stop them from attacking you. One is RF signal jammers. Understanding how their equipment works is vital. You can also use sheets of metal found at hardware stores to help block their energy weapons from hitting your body. I've done this a lot and it works.

A tin foil helmet, to be effective, must have very thick foil all over and especially at the edges. Basically needs to be (1) THICK enough to prevent or diminish penetration, (2) CONTINUOUS (no holes), and (3) as CLOSE to the skin as possible to prevent them from shooting under it and into the targeted area.
@mikematloff After more experimentation I would modify these conclusions to say that the foil has little "blocking" or "shielding" effect (and could make it worse) because it is only moderately dense in typical thicknesses, and that the helpful effect comes from the crinkling and *heat-dissipation". Basically, it helps to block the body's radiant heat, so the attackers have trouble "seeing" you. But for that purpose there are special commercial foils u can buy at Home Depot etc. that r better.
They attack all day and all night, though they are especially intent on disturbing my sleep at night. (Also, at night, while trying to sleep, I am a much easier target as I am not moving around). During the day it varies from hour to hour but it is at least one "shot" per second during some intervals. It is always about 1 shot/second (or greater) during the night (at least the portion of the night that I am still awake). I manage to get some sleep but it is with great difficulty.

Who told you that you were attacked? That's a muscle spasm you need to see a doctor, either that or stop faking it.

@metabog Indeed it is a muscle spasm, but it is not caused internally. Rather the cause is external. How do I know? When I interpose steel or even aluminum foil it stops. If I redirect my airflow (see videos) it also stops (or moves location). This would not happen with an "intrinsic" muscle spasm.

It looks as though the attackers are emulating the sneeze reflex, and playing it to your neck and shoulders repeatedly. I have the same jerking at nighttime when I am trying to sleep. Also, to my legs, back, stomach, arms, fingers...etc. Every hour on the hour during the night. So I can totally sympathize.

#1. I don't doubt the possibility of your claim; however, try using rationale before laying the blame on energy weapons.
For example, what meds are you on? Some psychotropics can cause your symptoms.
#2. the signs and symptoms (s/s) lead me to rule out turrets syndrome.
3. Are you detoxing or going cold turkey from Xanax or other benzo's?
Go see your MD and maybe see a neurologists. It's possible that a undiagnosed medical condition exists.

@medulla62 I am on no medications. And simple experiments with "interposing" steel or certain configurations of aluminum foil attenuate or eliminate the problem. By interposing, I mean putting steel between myself and the direction in which I think a potential "beam" is being shot toward my body.

There are things you can do to stop them from attacking you. One is RF signal jammers. Understanding how their equipment works is vital. You can also use sheets of metal found at hardware stores to help block their energy weapons from hitting your body. I've done this a lot and it works.

@zerutuby Indeed I have used cold-roll steel sheet to some good effect. Recently I have had even better luck with regular aluminum foil (tinfoil!) but not simply by putting a sheet of it on your head as you'll see in many videos. More on this later.

@036265 (1) First, knowing or not knowing why doesn't mean the actions aren't happening. (2) I believe they target other select people as well as me; collectively in the US there may be tens, or hundreds, or more; I have no way of knowing. (3) The "why," as much as I can tell, seems related to either the mafia or government experimentation; please see point (1) above.

@juicyjuicejosh I will tell you, and I think others who say they are victims will tell you, that I have pleaded out loud, and online, and all to no avail. The violence continues. As for targeting, search on millimeter wave, thermal, and infrared imaging. Sometimes others around me get hit by "fallout"; they end up sneezing or coughing, sometimes quite intensely, although I have noticed this "effect" a lot less lately, probably because the attackers have been more conscientious about this.

@juicyjuicejosh A long sheet of heavy-duty type tinfoil, crinkled by rolling up tightly, and then unrolled and hung on the wall / ceiling / floor seems to help. A tin foil helmet, to be effective, must have very thick foil all over and especially at the edges. Basically needs to be (1) THICK enough to prevent or diminish penetration, (2) CONTINUOUS (no holes), and (3) as CLOSE to the skin as possible to prevent them from shooting under it and into the targeted area.

@mikematloff After more experimentation I would modify these conclusions to say that the foil has little "blocking" or "shielding" effect (and could make it worse) because it is only moderately dense in typical thicknesses, and that the helpful effect comes from the crinkling and *heat-dissipation". Basically, it helps to block the body's radiant heat, so the attackers have trouble "seeing" you. But for that purpose there are special commercial foils u can buy at Home Depot etc. that r better.

They attack all day and all night, though they are especially intent on disturbing my sleep at night. (Also, at night, while trying to sleep, I am a much easier target as I am not moving around). During the day it varies from hour to hour but it is at least one "shot" per second during some intervals. It is always about 1 shot/second (or greater) during the night (at least the portion of the night that I am still awake). I manage to get some sleep but it is with great difficulty.

I have never seen the weapon they use on me. I believe this is because it is deployed from above, e.g., from a plane or UAV (unmanned aerial vehicle). However, to see an example of a directed-energy weapon, Google "ADS" or "Active Denial System". It's a recently developed directed energy weapon designed for crowd control. You can even watch videos of it in action--er, that is, of the *effects* of it. Sixty Minutes recently ran a story on it and I know their website has videos of it.

Actually, I remembered last night something weird that *might* be one of the weapons they use. On two occasions I saw drivers near me holding what looked like a gun with an extremely long shaft (1 or 2 feet long). Whatever they were holding had this long, black, metal-looking barrel. Whether or not that was a directed-energy weapon, I don't know. For more details on this, please refer to my website.
