Touching tribute by both Andy and the poster of this video. I miss Phil so much. Wish I could have met him. Heard that Josh was going to be on the TB for Kings this year because the CM was in dry dock getting some major repairs to be Opie ready. Hope Andy and John did more for Josh than Derrick did. Always wondered why they didn't bring back Murray or get Tony first.

Great Team work! Such a moving song and video! (BTW) Am I the only DC viewer who is having a hard time watching Derrek Ray, skipper the CM in Capt. Phil's place?. To me, Phil was not only a great fisherman, he was a good man and father....which is why, I can't stand seeing a man like Derrek play up to the camera's, while Phil's boy's are held hostage aboard their own ship, doing their best to honor their Dad's memory and build a life for themselves....while NO CRAB are being caught!!!

Capt. Phil was my fave from the show, aside from being such a kick ass skipper, but also because of who he was as a person (the way he treated the crew, how respected he was by the fleet, the ups and downs with his sons...), he was like a father figure for many and an integral part of the showI really love this song (which I discovered in the CM's website) and the message that it sends. I'm going to miss Capt. Phil a lot this season, but I do wish the best of luck to the new CM Capt.

When I had a brain aneurysm Aug 1999, I KNEW right away, they didnt show the side of skull, that was removed to check on the amount of blood on his skull.
