Betty was a great advocate for the rights of all women. She was a wonderful person, a free spirit and an individualist. She will be greatly missed. Hard to believe she was a Republican.

Showing how supportive you are toward a fellow human who battled her way through illness and addiction. The Methodist church would be so proud of the fine example you're setting.

I remember her with great fondness, both as first lady when her husband "accidentally" became president, and before and after that period in her life.
She always acted with great insight and sensitivity no matter what the status of her public persona. Brava Bettu Ford.
