wow, those background colors and flashing lights make it hard to know what to look at especially when the performer is wearing a rainbow of colors himself! Are all Japanese tv sets that "loud"?
boamuro, acutally, I use that wether i'm forcing a card or not, you'll never be able to tell, because a magician can always force a card on you, wether you like it or not, or make you think of a number or object. there is no safety
I really hate when magicians do the "say stop" to select the card because they almost always have a break set and the card is forced in those situations. They need to just do a standard "fan" out to make the spectator select.
Fuji Akira sure died now. What happened to him? After that battle incident with his former magician teacher, his pride went downhill or something. It seems Cyril tookover.
I spoke to him not long ago in Vegas, and he's doing fine. He's still doing off-camera shows in and around Tokyo to make his living, and I believe he's had a few TV appearances fairly recently.
I'm not sure who he "battled" on television, but his teacher is Yoshihiko Mutobe, whom I'm fairly certain has not been on television.
He used to work for Mr. Maric, the old man with the Matrix Neo sunglasses. Fuji was his ex-assistant but he just abandoned him and went solo; they finally met each other again on a TV show and battled. Fuji was shaking doing tricks in front of him and got extremely emotional.

It was a looong time ago. I saw it on TV... I wish I saved the video, but I didn't.
I commented on this video an year ago. Wow. But anyway... I just watched it again and the way he asked the guy to pick the card was horrible. Those 'say-stop-to-pick-a-card' thing is just lame... it's just always forced. The Magician should just spread the cards and let them pick it. That was just awkward atmosphere...
does anyone have the link of when akira do magic and bill malone is the audience?

Magicians repetition is the real killer.
Half the time we aren't forcing a card, so that way when we do, it looks natural.
oh you laypeople kill me.

Yeah I agree with you. I hate when the magician do the "say stop" thing..

yeah i agree, its like, learn the classic force already

Even tho i know classic force. Its not 100%
You will always come across some1 who will purposefully act gay when choosing a card. The riffle force is much more solid and is very close to 100%
