  • Groovy......Hot........This i's a true 'all time classic' dancing hit!

  • if you listen to this song, you will have a fine day. fact.

  • 4 people have a bad day..

  • Who cares if it's house or electronica...it's good!!

  • House music or whatever label you want to put it under, its still a great track.

  • you should have a LOUDNESS button somewhere...

  • what the hell is this 'ELECTRONICA' crap that americans keep going on about?!?!?!

house? yes. acid house? yes. hard house? yes. trance? yes. dnb? yes. funky house? yes. balearic beat? yes. jungle? yes. dubstep? yes. techno? yes. happy hardcore? yes.

the umbrella term to describe the lot is 'DANCE MUSIC'!.........electronica sounds like the sort of cringey term your dad would come up with, to try to make himself sound cool :/ ugh!! the term should be outlawed!!

  • @curt alot of oldskoolers in the states might refer this to EDM (electromic dance music) Not really the version of the track i like..but some americans are very enriched in the scene since late 80's. We r not all ignorant, and depending where u are from (Orlando for example) the scene was proper and fresh. Club Aahz downtown orlando represent!

  • This is a great track, but I wouldn't call it House. It may have some loosely based house elements in it.. but it aint House. Its kind of a blend of techno / electronica /house/ newage... whatever it is OPUS 3 sort of etched out a niche with this style.

  • @Novaheart1998

it is pure house circa 90, now consider old skool ;(

  • @rethbell Where are you from? I still say this is not pure house music. House music circa 1990 didn't sound like this at ALL. This isn't house music dude... it has house elements., I can show you house music circa 1990-1992, this isn't it, but it's awesome music any ways.

  • eatthenacho I agree totally mate most of th etunes were based on this!

  • wow- haven't heard this in 18 yrs

  • @The69ersFC

    same here, what a tune!!!!!!!!!!!!

old good times, pure housenissness that is,

hm... would love to go for party with that kinda stuff, sick of rihanna blk i piss and all that shit played in nite clubs these days, pitty is cosider old skool, make me feel even older!!!

  • Love your ortofon needles :-)

  • an all-time track right here......you can play this track in ANY club and it'll fill the floor

  • @djvictroladadj

    true that....

  • oh yea !!

  • The singer let her head hair grow and she looks better for it.

  • I'm only 17, but I would give ANYTHING to be able to be this age at the around 1988 so I could experience the whole rave scene! Music just lacks the soul that nearly all early 90's music did, old skool, house and hip-hop! Too good :)

  • @Smack1TNG... Kidda, it was the time of my life... I was 17 back then and lived for the weekend... Better still, I lived in Manchestah!!!

  • @Smack1TNG Mate they were good times I was a bit too Young too experiance It In Its best days. I am 28 Now But I do have happy memories of tunes Like this. It sounds great In my car with the volume turned Up :)

  • I actually like the synth sax 3:12, reminds me of the old Gumby shows.

  • fantastico!!

  • Breathtaking classic House anthem!

  • so good !

  • they produce nothing like this quality now. Top tune truly worth getting off your head to.

  • La magie de la trance du début des années 90 avecla délicieuse voix de la chanteuse qui ressemble beaucoup à la voix de Valérie Dore !

  • yEAH MY FRIENDS TIME GOES TO FAST !!! MAN MAN THAT WAS A TIME !! I WOULD DIE TO RETURN TO THE 90´S

  • This is way, way better then the edit witch is used in the music video.

  • OMG! I have been searching for so long for this version. I remember recording it on my cassette deck back in '92, I think it was called radio aftermath or something like that, on public radio. I was in the 8th grade back then. I can't stand hearing the ATB remixed crap, over and over again.

  • This is one of the very few House tunes from the very early Nineties, that was able to stand up to the top notch Techno Rave of that time! Erie yet beautiful and powerful. What a solid upload!

  • ace! ...ive got hundreds of old skool records. just need new needles for my technics....jealous as....

  • Classic rave no house

  • i still got it on da vinyl, and i'll be takin it into the ground with me when i kark it...just such a brilliant track!

  • ....had this on vinyl in HS back in the early 90's...love it, love, still love it! Now...everyone move to Colorado, visit one of our fine "wellness centers" and turn this up...

  • I miss this single...great memories when MTV played dance in rotation.

  • Ageless. And 3:44 is the absolute pinnacle of the rave piano break.

  • @eatthenacho cant wait for it#

  • @eatthenacho Yup, you just know there's one somewhere when listening back to a classic. Love how most had the Piano breaks. This one is stunning tho.

  • @eatthenacho So true Its genius :)

  • @expiry0209 The chords used In that break are Genius Major To Minor beautiful

  • @eatthenacho Its genius :) Sounds so good when You are stoned Lol :)

  • i was a soldier in the dutch army back in the day when they played this song all day long on MTV. great memories !!!

  • I totally fucking love this!

  • what a great mood! I will never forget this tune!

  • Remember seeing her sing this live at a rave just before it went into the charts....And I was well and truly sparkled at the time :) glory days

  • @flemwad sparkled i like that never heard that expression before :)

  • Was always wondering what I was listening to in reverse on Orbital's song "Halcyon"..

  • thank for having the original ..

  • the first nice day I play this song... it will never wear out!

  • As I remember cd-s in the beginning of 90ies were already widespread, I was surprised to see Opus III´s hit on vinyl.

  • anyone ever heard where the original vocal track came from? look for 'Jane & Barton'. i had always wondered where that come from.

  • This song will NEVER, NEVER, NEVER, NEVER play out.....^_^

  • HUGE track. One of the the true classics from the early days.

This one NEVER gets old. Play it forever!!

  • Ditto William!

  • i know its older like that & stuff but come on this is barely house man...

  • umm this isn't really house...this reminds me of chill techno from the 90s...

  • how is the duet version from Erlend Oye called?

  • Sheltered Life / Fine Day (A Cappella), on the new DJ Kicks record.

  • I saw on your recommended lp just a short version without the female voice. But sobepad, if you have it, could maybe upload it?

  • best version on youtube

  • so sweet at 3:14

  • awesome sleeping music, thanks for uploading

  • so mutch better than all the remix/remake garbage ATB killed trance nuffsaid long live oldskool!!!

  • @dubwanker AFUCKINGMEN +1

  • @dubwanker man dont hate on atb cuz he made this song more popular both are good actually i think atbs is better but this is the original singer so its good too

  • @assmunchtv any dj can go back 10 year and pick out the best synth rifs sample or re create them on there software (in this day and age) and have a huge club hit.. just because sompthing is a hit and goes to the top of the pop charts dont mean its good.im not hateing on atb for making this song "more popular. christ it was the golden tits back in its day im pissed that people are still riding opus 3's coat tale

  • @dubwanker actually think this remix is good :D watch?v=3nLwV1DktSQ

  • @dubwanker what is your problem with atb

  • @dubwanker well said!

  • Fucking right! Good son this is the perfect video for such a tune :P
