I always pay the extra couple of bucks for organic grass fed beef and piggies. It's worth it in flavor. BTW had a Niman Ranch double cut porkchop for dinner the other night. Best f'ng porkchop I've ever eaten and I live in Iowa.

The sound sucks but Joel is brilliant! The single idea of turning public grounds keepers into rent free bio-intensive gardeners is worth the watching.
