I like to do that last one with a needle in my mouth to pop the ball for 10 sets. So you will need 10 balls a week to do my advanced ball blasting ab workout.
Craig thanks for posting. As usual excellent material. I am about to head out for my TT session and I wanted to check some material. One quibble is the sound is coming across tinny. Perhaps rework the video with a voice over.

most stability ball are filled with sand so they dont roll.

On the ab roll out are you suppose to feel it in the lower back? If not any idea on what I could be doing wrong? Thanks

make sure your back is not arched. keep it flat. rotating your hips slightly forward may help.
