  • awsame sound, sounds a little bit like the red crayola ++

  • I'm friends with one of the drummers (Kent Eaton), he lives in the Netherlands now and runs a site for alternative education. I got him back in touch with the guitarist and I believe he lives in Illinois.

  • I had the pleasure of hearing "Grains of Sand" perform in 1967 at Los Angeles Harbor College. Believe me they were the best live band I've ever heard. At a concert on the football field they played as an opening band for "The Sunshine Company". They were able to create the tightest live music I've ever heard. To this day I still can't see why they didn't make it big. Does anyone know what happened to the members of the band? I'd love to hear from you.

  • @SuperSCDude It's a high compliment indeed when somebody says "they were the best live band I've ever seen" or however you said it. Wow. Have you seen a lot of rock shows? Did you ever find out what happened to the band members? I've never heard this cut before...yea, they were good. joel in tucson

  • Then I can expect a copyright enfringment from Warner Music group most anyday now. LOL!

  • WMG may no longer own the rights to this. let's hope. I had a problem with a few of my vids. I just reuploaded it and so far have had no problems. The Grains Of Sand had two other releases. One on Phiilips and a really small label. Not sure what the name of the label was. Most likely a local west coast label.
