i think they use a usb controller by logtech it helps you fly and it looks like a ps2 controller go 2 ur local target or computer store 2 pick 1 up

you don't get it, it is already on the game, some servers have battlerecorder, some don't.

If you go to the community tab on the bf2 menu you will find all of the recent battlerecordings from servers you have played on. Brilliant Video by the way :)
