This is horrible. The most unoriginal thing i've ever seen.  You took Arrested Development and all the characters and just substituted the setting and characters. Shame on you guys, you unoriginal f*cks.

It is true. Not only did we substitute their characters and setting with our own, we did the same with their plot. I see it now, and I promise, Episode 3 will have neither plot, character nor setting, but instead will be a collection of colorful pictures of abstract shapes flashed in rapid succession. Hollywood here we come! :D

I know. It's as if we took Arrested Development, replaced their characters with our own. Then replaced their setting with our own. Then replaced their plot with our own. It's as if we're an exact carbon copy that's completely different.

Well oviously this isn't a carbon copy or even a parody of A.D., although that may be more amusing. The show is a recreation of A.D. with a different premise. I mean come on. It's blatent.

Similarly blatant is AD's stealing of the UK's office shooting style and The Royal Tennenbaums entire plot. Similarly blatant is how similar a show like Friends is to Seinfeld, to Frasier to... you get my point.

Every show is influenced by other shows. It's the unique premises that make them differ.

Still, if the worst thing anyone says about us is that we're exactly like a genius, award-winning show -- we'll take it.

I like it. If a network comes along and buys it, please for the love.. don't change the actors. The bad acting fits the script perfectly.. the slightly off comedic timing (just at times) makes it more funny. That scene at the end of this one where the blonde almost starts cracking up and loses character, is funny.

Ironically, we do have a special effect in the final scene of the episode. And while it seems fairly simple -- I think Dashiell spent over a week (hours at a time) getting it to work and look as good as it does. I'll point it out when it's done but -- he was stalwart in his effort. That's why we pay him in bananas.

Still having problems with the volume? That's odd. We tested it on multiple computers and had our sound guy level it out. I think it might be YouTube's compression... or it might be that God hates our sound.

Either way... sorry! A high-quality version should be up later this week and the sound should be much better there.
