1. For the love of god please moisturize your damn face, it sounds like you're rubbing two pieces of sandpaper together putting on that foundation. And use a fucking brush, it's called blending and it's relevant.

2. Stop plucking your eyebrows. Just stop.

3. You can't use blue/black/purple/whatever the fuck eyeshadow and black eyeliner and make it look "natural". If that's the look you're going for stay in the neutral tones and use a brown liner or just mascara.

Then use use your foundation. you can also use a powder to keep it on. with your blue eyes use a rose toned shadow, can be bronze or any other color with gold or rose. use your liner last, choose a bronze or rose liner to bring out you blue eyes.
