When Lance took a dive, Jan Ulrich got a athlete of the year reward in germany for waiting up. Well, the thruth is that jan didn't attack but he didn't slow down either. He only started to wait for lance when Tyler Harmilton caught up him and signed that it's not a good manner to attack the yellow jersey when he falls down. Anyhow, yellow back for yellow jersey!

That MAY be true. But how did Tyler and the rest of the group catch up with Jan if he wasn't slowing. It also takes Ullrich to get his engine going on a climb, so pulling back in any degree is going to do him no service. Additionally, Lance had the post-crash adrenalin rush that helped him in his viscous return. Lance would have taken it anyways, but Ulli is the man.

Hamilton and Ulrich were back to back when Armstrong fell down so it took Hamilton practically no effort to reach Ullrich and show him with his hands "SLOW DOWN". After this Lance got up and almost fell over again because of his pedal got loose.

No there were not. Go look at the video. Lance, Mayo, UIlrich. Hamilton and the rest were in a bunch a bit further back. In the video, the pursing group looks relatively close to the three in the distance, but at that gradient, the time gap was even bigger. And don't forgot, that bunch was being dropped by the three at the time of the crash, so it's not like they were actually gaining on them before the crash.

He got injured so bad that he not only had to end his TdF, but Beloki also ended his career due to this awful crash.

@KissMyAssWMG Beloki didnt end his career, he came back 2 years later for Eskatel Eskadi, but he never really recovered. He never got to ride in the tour de france again.
