My dear friends, members and aviation fans. Last November 11 2011 MEXICO lived a tragedy. One AIR FORCE helicopter, SUPER PUMA AS332, destined as official carrier for MEXICAN PRESIDENT and his MINISTERS fell down in Chalco ( SHAL-KOH ) zone, southeast from Mexico City. NO SURVIVORS. One victim was JoseFrancisco Blake, Minister of Internal Relationships.

As the airpocket pressure immediately builds up between the visir and the face it serves as a protective cushion against waterspray. This works under normal conditions and is more comfortable when the ordinary vision isn´t blocked by other eyeprotective devices. The helmet and visir combination only isn´t recommendable under conditions where there are flying debries and particles in the air, mostly for watermissions that is... :-) HKP4/Boeing Vertol was and allways will be the best system!!!
Now, that is a really good question. I havn't got a clue! And to be honest, I have never thought of it until now! When I filmed in the helicopter, my mind was occupied on other stuff and never got around to think further on the subject. Maybe somebody could answer your question. /Tille, TeamM
Well littlemo2881, the communication on the HF is partly to myself as a cameraman, as he describes the plan for this day's excercise, and partly does the communication concern forward/aft and up/down commands to the pilot./Lars, TeamM
Sorry, what i meant to say was- I can hear a european rescue co-ordination center (RCC) on HF Freq 5.680 usb and it sounds like they are called "Looks Good Rescue" or maybe it's Luksgude Rescue ? I would like to know what country they are transitting from? can anyone help??
