These are white phosphorus rounds that are identical to the ones the USA used against Fallujah. Everyone on the ground under the "flares" were burned to death by the chemical weapon. This is why they censored footage in Iraq and why they will not let journalists into Gaza. Sometimes they opt to take out everyone in the block rather than risk casualties in door to door fighting.

Under international law, the use of flares and smokescreens containing WP is perfectly legal. There is no evidence that these are anything but illumination flares and smoke ordnance. Nor is there evidence that Israel has targeted civilians with such ordnance.

Compare the footage. Look into the soldiers testimony that were at Fallujah and the pictures of the victims. Israel already has a history of using these weapons. Why would they stop now?

The amount of phosphorus displayed here will blanket the neighborhood, making it impossible to breath. It will eat through all rubber gas masks.
