there's no such things as " Long board " until the Short board revolution (1967-1970) because most of board size were around 9'3" - 10'01" alright before that. . so after  ”Short board revolution” they started calling old surf boards "Long board" but in the old era, it wasn't "Long" at all. btw so glad to see Doc Ball & Lorin Harrison? in motion. they both passed a way recently and paddle over to the next cove ☮ Da Bull turned 74 and keeps on making " Old Surf Boards " actively.
