@22landon1995 LOL My pond is situated where my old garden was, so when I dug the pond, I left a cylindrical piece of the old garden in place, surrounded it with expanded metal lath and applied the concrete. The island, then, is truly an island -- a piece of land surrounded by water. It doesn't float; it is an extension of the earth beneath the pond.
