Clarence is the only one is the E street band with any soul. What a very flat dry un moving sound Springhead has. E street just never moved me. Alvin can rock though. Maybe Bruce can take some lessons from him.

i like a.lee as much as anyone, believe me, but clarence, to me, makes this song.

* i wasn't going to take a shot, but i can't help myself. alvin lee is great. yes, i do love to listen to him, or i wouldn't be here. as far as a.lees go though, ALBERT LEE(not Alvin Lee) is flat out superior, and i believe, would have blown this song out of the water. sure that will piss plenty off. (just opinion, beer, and 35 years guitar playing experience talking.)

Steve Grant the guy playing the keyboards is one of the most unrecognised musicians of this genre he is presently pleying with Andy Scott's sweet recently produced a Suzi Quatro album has played with the Annimals also solo with Eric Burden and Alan Price for God sake somebody give this guy some recognition!!!
