no more negotiation thats how it works in hostage taking. shoot the hostage taker if there is a chance to do it so. what happen in the philippines swat in bus hostage taking. swat had already had a chance to have shoot down the suspect but they let it go over confident that it will end smoothly without shedding blood but it turn out different of what they expected. the whole thing turn into nightmare.
