lolz, there is a quick pause, because extra animation goes into making facial and body movement, though it's very small and shouldn't overly impact game play as in slowness..

yeha or maybe the facial animation/expressions move in the same frames that the punch/kicks move...its not a quick pause, its just the startup of a move...its not like if you press X than the kick is just going to magically appear and disappear...there is startup animation

Actually after reconsideration, I don't think he is a cyborg either. I think that niether is Seth. I think that all the Seths were human, including Abel. Bison probably did some experiments on them that made them lose their memories and changed their physical appearance. Abel was probably saved by Charlie before the experiments went all the way so he still looks completely human except for the eyes during his ultra. I'd wager Abel is probably Remmy (from SF3)'s father.

running would screw up street fighter's core game play mechanics...There is a sort of parry, you get to take one hit when you charge a focus attack and regain after a few seconds. Not at all like 3s.

Having now played it, I can safely say there are no character specific stages, the game seems to pick them at random. Fighting Zangief as Vega? You might end up in Africa, fighting Ken? You might end up in Siberia. Even in the story mode, the only character that has a corresponding stage is Seth.

My guess is for the simple fact Capcom isn't interested on making a game like Street Fighter on such a weak system, Graphics and engine wise compared to PS3 and 360. I can't wait for this game to come out to the states. Imma play this nonstop til i can get confident enough to enter a tournament.
