Well this would be a strange question for even me, How would you know if you have an implant or not. As I understand it most are superficial aka just under the skin... And how could you say disrupt it?

@AlienScientist : Interesting mention on microchips - I suggest reading up on medial research on artificial organs, even pace makers. Mechanical/flesh interfaces are actually a major topic of research in nano Biochemistry for the last century, and the technology does already exist. It should also be noted anything resembling a chip would be manmade, seriously I doubt even our civilization will be running on chips after the next millennium. (alien tech should be way past binary).

This is why I recommended to Dr. Leir's group they have the samples testing using microwave and xray scatter diffraction imaging to determine if these could be advanced photonic crystal circuits.

But even if they are hyper-advanced photonic quasicrystalline metamaterials, that still doesn't prove they are alien. Just reduces the likelihood of it being human.

He wanted it to be available to every country so that nobody could attack eachother, mutually assured destruction. The Soviet Union were allegedly the first ones to complete the weapon.

I even met some people who heard about the conference through you, including me, and we were hoping to meet you. It was cool as awesome ideas were being presented. But I did not see anything that I had not seen before. It was my first conference ever and I did get inspired but I wouldn't travel 650miles again for it. Wasn't really organized either.
