this game wont be as good as the original ones released on playstation 2, Gundam OMNI vs. ZAFT 2+ is one of the best released yet, it would be alot better to play OMNI vs. ZAFT 3 if they ever released one, or maybe a game with WING and SEED/SEED DESTINY/SEED STARGAZER instead of just Mobile Suits.
Gundam Battle Assult was terrible compared to some of the other games that had came out. (Journey to Jabrou and Zenoic front were out about the same time if im not mistaken)

B/c the god like suits are only given in the end of the series, in the beginning you only use a typical gundam better suit (strike) and by the end the ultra suit in the game wouldn't be that easy to win with as the amount of enemies you should be fighting is huge (anime equilin, plus id like to see anyone in gundam games fight and use the suits to the specs seen in anime, controls usually BAD!!)
for anyone saying that they should make a gundam game using Gundam Wing or any of the other spinoffs, especially one like this. Only the original UC timeline would work since everything is made as a machine for war, not an overbearing powerful god suit vs lots of cannon fodder.
So something like Wing or G-Gundam could never be made into a game like this.
I think I would be happy being in control of an overbearing powerful god suit, maybe it's just me but the prospects of playing as Deathscythe Hell Custom with cloaking device is pretty good. Maybe not as a war game but an action title.

It's missing the colors... It's too bland sure it's a war game but I don't remember the soldiers looking that bland.

Not to mention The One Year War more or less is heavily based on World War 2. Gihren even has a scene where he says he is going to become the next Hitler. Not really. Gurellia tactics can take down a zaku in one shot. 08th ms team, shiro is able to disable a zaku with one shot to the gyro area.
