rhever is just a newsgroup client, the same newsgroups people have been accessing for years with newsbin. Problem with newsgroups is that you need access to a good news server and they're usually ~$15/mo. So you're back to paying to download stuff which defeats the purpose of pirating. Plus if they ever get busted now everyone has your credit card number.
