@ArcheWhatzitGonnaB3 I can see why someone would not like the game if they played single player. i find the real fun in the game is when you have some friends over and start playing the game together. Taking down monsters/dragons with 3 of my best buddies is awesome fun. The amount of armor and customization in the game is amazing for a PSP game and it really goes in depth when it comes to the combat/action. i wouldn't say the story is fantastic, but the gameplay is sheer brilliance for the psp.

@TalkinWTyler yea I tried, Idk portable 2 or 3 or somethin, and just couldn't get into it... which was weird since I love playin Phantasy Star series single or multi...which is basically the same concept as Monster Hunter except more futuristic, more weapon types with different attributes and abilities, and what I think is a great storyline... 1 reason why I hated Monster Hunter was because it takes over 2 hours to complete the fkin training before doing a real mission, just to do the same stuff

I really did expect to enjoy it after seeing the ads for it on TV and stuff but I couldn't help being dissapointed with the 3 major things an RPG should include... I was fine with he plot of the story being bad, the level up system made me mad, and the gameplay seemed too repetitive.

@ArcheWhatzitGonnaB3 The game isn't a cut and paste RPG. Sometimes there's a little more to it. For MH it's the armor and weapons, you progress with skill as you master each monster. I don't find it repetitive because each monster to me is unique and it's fun trying to figure out how each of their attacks work. There are a TON of different weapons and types of armor you can use, and that's what I find to be the heart of the game. It's different in its own way, and sometimes it's not for everyone

@HawkBasham Dissidia is a very good game. It's more than fanservice, it's a great fighting game. It easily beats Tekken 6 and DBZ Tag Team for the PSP, while it's just as good as Blazblue. The story mode was the only thing dragging it down a bit, but the gameplay kept me going. A lot of things to win, so I enjoyed it a lot. Dissidia Duodecim will probably beat Blazblue and be the best fighting game on the PSP.
