No, Igor is not playing metal often these days (just look what he is wearing), besides Cavalera Conspiracy he is more into electronic shit in his own project so i dont think that he "asked Max for protection". I think that he was just bored been drummer in Sepultura cause he can't find any ways to express in his old band, and Cavalera Conspiracy is just brother-reunion, symbolic band playing some good metal, not for money, or career. i was thinking the same thing...But i will take what i can get. Hope they at least play a long set...I saw them as a five piece the first time, so i can't wait to see how they sound different. At the first show i saw more people's feet in the air in the pit than i ever have before...kind of crazy. Devildriver is pretty damn heavy..for a mainstream metal band at least. I've seen Devildriver twice, and they get some crazy pits. As does Napalm, so it will be a killer show for sure. I got the Cavalera Conspiracy album, and it's amazing. Reminds me of the old Sepultura. There are not too many new bands that impress me now days, with an exception of a few, but they slay. I'm looking forward to seeing them someday. And Machine Head is the shit! I've seen them once, and they blew the place away. Burn My Eyes is one of my favorite albums, and The Blackening kicks ass!
