  • how the get the bras lol

  • I did some digging around about this video and found some important information to help decide if it's real;

The guy that claims to have filmed it is in the video making industry. From the looks of things he just films at weddings, but he's also won a competition with a short movie called 'water' that's here on his youtube channel. So it could be argued that this is fake as he makes movies, but could be as he claims; testing out a camera and accidently filming something. Which do YOU think?

  • fake

  • The Fact or Faked show proved nothing that this clip was fake. The professional mermaid is so slow and you CAN definitely see her knees and heels. The show proved NOTHING WHATSOEVER! In this clip, her tail moved too smooth and balanced out w/the water and all for it to be fake. BTW there was no heel bump to it.

  • 60 % its real ... . 100 % fake ! :*

  • FAKE ... oh, sorry, I'm one of them... but shh, no bodey knows xD

  • look at how smooth the tail bends when she swims. there arent any kness..

  • facte

  • lol fake

  • it's imposible to swim like that at that speed for anyone, i honestly can't see this being fake

  • fake i remeber that mermaid tail on a site

  • fake

  • I knew it!

  • where the fuck is the top comment

  • I would love to see those guys of the fact or fake show debunk this mermaid footage.

  • @selena020787 they did...appearently it was a girl dressed in a proffesional mermaid suite swimming out in th open on a holiday for so strange reason they dont feel like telling.

  • The hard thing o tell with this is even fake fins do not flex like these do and the fact that you can't see the feet covering of where the feet would like idk..there's normally a bump on fins that are fake where the feet go...of course it could be any sea creature lurking...idk anything is possible...

  • what were all the backgroung noises??

  • fake FAKE

  • shouldve got her number

  • the top comment really gets me..

  • Well damn. Now all I want to see is a real pixie, and my life is complete.

  • and its tail is way to thin

  • 1. its to fast 2. its not scaring the fish 3. the way its tail bends 4. thats just soo cool

  • Being a skeptic I watched this video over 50 times and did some research on my own and was even able to contact a company that does mermaids for hire. For starters I was not allowed to know if they had sent any of their girls out to the Barrier Reef. So I looked through the photos and videos and none of the tails they use seem to flow or be thinned out enough. Not to mention the tails themselves weigh around 20-lbs. Another point, ALL the tails fan out.

  • ARIEL, GO BACK HOME.

  • fake

  • in movies the tail is more stiff than in real life mermaids

  • thats a real mermaid because u can tell look how thin her legs are no human has legs that thin

  • the funny part is the camera moves and then bammmm out of nowhere the mermaid appears i think it was all set up...

  • @unthergunthermunther set up with the real mermaid!! ;)

  • At 0.04 seconds you can see how the tail flowed so smoothly just like how a dragon fish swings. That's what it reminded me of when I re-watch this clip.

  • I PERSONALLY SEEN A MERMAID AT 8YRS OLD WITH NO DRUGS OR ILLNESSES, HALLUCINOGETICS, OR NOTHING! SHE HAD LONG REDISH/BLOND HAIR & AMAZING BARE BREAST, & EVIL LOOKING EYES...I WAS IN PUERTO PENASCO,MX & SHE APPEARED VERY ANGRY TELEPATHECLY COMMUNICATING WITH ME TO SWIM TO HER....VERY CREEPY!!!!!!!!!

  • @billybannigan313 did you go to her? and are you sure you arent talkin about ariel the little mermaid?? ;)

  • Obviously fake. Nuff said -__-....

  • FACT !!! <3 And anyways what are siren`s o.o

  • @ananinhamy Sirens are basically mermaids, sea nymphs or basically ladies of the sea that lure men into water and drown them. You could probably look up what they actually are defined as on Wiki, that's just what I know. xP

  • @Kitsunegirl1212 actually sirens are human bird thingys in greek mythology

  • @MyahhYup90 Yes in Greek mythology it does show a bunch of paintings of winged people that they said were 'Sirens' but they also have a lot of paintings of chicks in the water who are luring men in, or sometimes even vice versa. Universally people lean towards Sirens being sea nymphs/ladies of the sea who coax, seduce or sing to men to lure them into the water and drown them.

  • @Kitsunegirl1212 Oh yea okies ^^ Cuz i searched it on wiki and it dint explain at all XD

  • fact

  • fact

  • H2O much ? ;d

  • FAKE!

  • its so fake, people have even tried to copy this with the fake mermaid tails you can buy or make, and it matches the movements perfectly. Plus how can he miss something that big swim next to him, and seeing a mermaid will really shock him.

  • This is Fucking BULLSHIT !!!! Cant you see guys when he turns the camera to the left at the beginnig of the video , she started to swim in front of him ???? didnt he see that she was so close to him ??? why he didnt turn it left when she was much more closer ?? hmmm maybe because we could have understood how fake this is

  • @flamboyantST go to his channel and he will explain

  • @MrJOHNY347 i have watched his all explanation and that was totally fake, too.

  • its real if u pay attetion 2 the tail its way 2 skinny to b a pros legs in a tail both of em, so this is reel, n every knos. U see fac or fake tried focus on theories and proof but they didnt luk close enof 2 the tail. way 2 skinni 2 be a hoax! not dissin them, juss pointin out something.

  • aw, man they caught me

  • Aquamarine !

  • ESO ES DE UNA PELICULA .. that is a movie...

  • Fake, something else out there, check out the flash at 0:08.

  • Fake

  • @JackassJunior627 Oh, really? How, now?

  • wow i really dont know =/

  • faked

  • guyz.,if there is a mermaid in the PAST.,NOW they are gone.,

    and this is really FAKE!

  • NO WAY I BELIEVE IN WEIRD MYSTERIOUS FISH NOW!!1

  • fake

  • q lindo delfin

  • she went to the surface. I want it to be real... It would give people something to do instead of war... =/

  • @XxChibiCookiexX Yup, like hunt mermaids right?

  • @Artmetropolis Well, that is what would probably happen...

Ahhhh... A girl can dream she doesn't live in a world visibly ruled by morons...

  • people think its a real mermaid? ive lost faith in humanity

  • @luv4drums1 Woah... you still HAD faith in humanity!?

  • @XxChibiCookiexX lol i know its sad :P

  • I think it's real coz, if you look at her side facing the surface, her tail actually bends towards the surface as well as the sea floor and you can't really see the definitive shape of a knee, if you get what I'm saying? Plus her tail is way too slim to be any humans' real legs. Just my views on the subject - hope they make sense! :)

  • @AlwaysThere4YouX; You really believe that? SANTA CLAUS does not exist!

( mitology beings dosnt exist either ) this is fake

the tail to slim? look again closer. The trick is in the LONG of the tail..

and one more important detail, the base and the thickness of the tail is not strong enough to propel an animal or "being" of that size in the biological reality of the environment would be more similar to the dolphins, with very strong muscles queues..

    good video though.

  • @juancarlos23alva, have you not heard a similar story about bees? lol

  • @MrGamingGameplay; No i havn`t.. but u can tell us what is all about, for sure you know more about " Story Bees " I can not wait.

  • @juancarlos23alva SANTA CLAUS ISN'T REAL?!?! :O

But seriously bro, I wasn't asking to start an argument. As I said, that's just what I think - I'm naturally pretty naive so there's a possibility I'm wrong, but there's also a possibility you're wrong too. Maybe you're naive to believe what everyone wants you to.

  • @AlwaysThere4YouX really? then i m naive for not believe in fairys and mermaids (lol)

  • @juancarlos23alva well maybe.. I mean, the platypus is a strange hybrid that nobody though could possibly be real, and it turns out it is! The people that belived in its existince were also concidered naive at the time. There are lots of strange creatures in Australia... maybe a sea creature showing DNA similar to that of humans is one of them.

  • @AlwaysThere4YouX.. My friend, you have been watching to many movies i think.. but its ok

if u want to believe it.

  • @AlwaysThere4YouX omg your so right you my friend are a mr/mrs thumbs up

  • Actually, this IS a "mermaid," of sorts. She works at the nearby aquarium and actually made that costume herself. Nice thought though.

  • is realy that?

  • i actually think it real come on think about it if a majority of ppl believe UFO's,sasquatch, the lockness monster, chupracabra and the GIANT SQUID...how can u say u dont believe it might be a real mermaid

  • i could be a women in a mermain costume that got outta of her scuba diving gear while her husband was filming her on there honey moon in the carrisbean?! maybe...JUST MAYBE

  • Oh Lord... The real mystery is why so many people actually think that might be a real mermaid.

  • H2o !

  • Hmm it cant be a real mermaid maybe its a fish?

  • @vic123435 what!!!!!

  • mentiras

  • Uhm, i saw the knees, and besides, why would you just stand there? Go fish rape that thing..

  • 5,015,902 and counting seems real or at lest the other explanations can't explain the tail not bending like a knee (going inwards not just outwards), the arms, and the somewhat thin tail

  • for me that mermaid is true for me!!!

  • .also mermaids are the same as Selkies they were woman who were forced to marry a guy they didnt love and so they would find or cut off a whale or seal tail strap them selves into it and swim away from the wedding.

  • deformed dolphin or sumthin haha

  • wow my sister thinks it is real but i think it is a little

  • yes its true 911 was an inside job

  • this is a scene from a seria mermaids

  • My friend used to be a professional mermaid, and she says there is NO WAY she could ever swim this fast, that fluidly and without scaring the fish away...

  • @TheBlahBlahNews I believe it is true :)

  • @TheBlahBlahNews a professional mermaid???

  • @MyahhYup90 Yuhuh. She performed at a couple of aquariums and kids' days at sea parks.

  • no... this is poseydon

  • this could be real but by looking at the top of the water to the bottom of the water like the floor doesn't seem like an real ocean and deep enough if you can never spot a real mermaid means they must live somewhere deeper in the oceans like some fish by this clip the mermaid does swim fast and looks real but the water is the problem for me to believe

  • Swim too fast to be a human ... It could be real actualy...

  • FAKE THE REAL FAKE!!!!

  • dude thats scary... or is it just a screenshot?????? :O

    i

    dont

    think

    so

  • that could be a dolphin

  • nope is just chuck testa!

  • hm it got me scared lol

  • u know what i yhink this could actully be the mythicl mermaid i love that show to its my fav

  • Sooo Fake.

  • I saw her knees :3

  • If mermaids were to be real, They ARE still half human, So if they were to live in the sea they would have to be able to survive and wouldn't survive without a big, fat body. and next would be the Hair. The hair would get rough and it would get in the way and eventually would fall off anyway. next is the skin. the skin from always being in salt water would soon become blubbery and would just look plain gross. Now, picture Fat, hairless, Blubbery mermaid. Does that sound Goregeous to you?

  • @treelover1234567890 Adaptions. It "appears"appears" half human, but theres a fish tail. End of story

  • @treelover1234567890 they aren't half human. they look half human.

  • okay so this has to be real god i wish i was a mermaid lmfao!

  • I can see the hair in 0:02

  • i agree with "megabigg10".......the tail is to thin for it to be feet put together and there is more movement like the wave motion. someone in a costume u can see where its not a perfect wave

  • sorry to say, but this is off the movie splash with darryl hannah

  • I am watching the show right now! about this video! "fact or faked"they believe it was the case of mistaken identity...but i swear it looks like hands!!! but then again with the way people arecreative these days the divers are underwater now XD...there using sona .so far nothing.......now they see something they see something....its sizeable.....\.something is under the boat hahahah... i bet its a shark...they see a shark.......ok it was. but i saw on the screen another dark spot 0_o huge spot

  • You can view my mermaid movie which has a professional mermaid in a state of the art tail by clicking on my name which loads my playlist. You will see our mermaid is clearly a human swimming like a mermaid and the mermaid in this film has a completely different movement and power. This footage is clearly real. Why would the mythology of mermaids exist if there weren't some solid basis for the folklore. Oh and to answer an earlier post what is flashing metallic in the sea is a fish.

  • I just shot a mermaid road move music video. Our mermaid was a professional mermaid who could hold her breath underwater for seven minutes. She swam fast but not nearly as fast as this. I was scrutinising this video because I was convinced it was fake, but looking at it and looking at my own mermaid footage I really don't know. There is a lot about this footage that can't be explained, mainly the speed, our professional world class mermaid could not match this speed. I think this is real.

  • Whatever that isit's not a mermaid, mermaids are birds not fish.

  • replay between @0:09 and @0:10 you see a little flash in the middle of the screen. There is not much shiny objects in the coral reef? Somebody explain the reason for the amount that is being given off in the middle of the ocean.

  • @roflinmypants11 I saw it too!!!! I thought it was just me...I kept pressing the back button to see it again and it looked so strange...I thought I was making it up

  • @roflinmypants11 I've been snorkeling in reefs around Thailand, and Sri Lanka, and Mexico, I can tell you that a number of fish are highly reflective. That's my guess to the reflection.

  • LISTEN!

You Are All Talking About Real/Fake...

But There Was A wommen Swimming In The Sea With A Teal..

So if you agree thumbs up

  • it is fake... gosh. Please dont believe all shit in the internet... just because its well made. Or awesome like this.

  • That's just Chuck Norris's wife doing her daily excercise.

  • stop at 0:02 are those hands?

  • Hahahahaaaaa I dont know what to think about it

    if its real: Niceeeee awesome

if its a fake: Niece Fake you re good :D

  • its a movie on a childreen tv show

  • Spear it in the tail next time. she'll heal.

  • and what was that light can anyone explain??????? -____-

  • i dont know wat to think anymore..-___- creepy..

  • Que es la luz que aparese??

  • not the water in tht motion -_______- i meant

  • No way someone can swim that fast especially in the water

  • imagine seeing that with your goggles while swimming in the beach water

  • @TVteam06514 that would be very creepy i wonder if we ever mistake them for ppl at the beach.....-______-

  • Well in a costum, tails are usually thicker, & most costums can easly see the legs, but her none if that is here. I paused it on a perfect spot, "Took me 12 times but I got it", & The tail looks very clean cut almost like a piece of paper & I cleary see something that really reseambles arms, & I can cleary see hair, I do elieve this is proof, but I cant jump to conclusions, so I willmy opninon say this is real but If it was more clear I would be able to make a good cut observation.

  • @TheEpisodeTrack yep :) u got it :D hi five

  • Noobs

  • fake

  • i watch different kinds of movies! about mermaids watch fake mermaids in here youtube!

but this one is different! and us people if we wear a costume like that we can't swim like this fast! and most of all the tail! i think that's the prof! because other fake mermaid's their tail's is more thicker and a more solid look when on the water! and i wonder i can't see the hair? so it seems swim fast!? but i am i little bit confused? but i might say there maybe exist? by the way i enjoy watching it! :)

  • @MegaBigG10 I think you are so right. No matter how much men and women in suits try to cover u their legs and especially the heels, you can always see the small gap between the shins of your legs. This looks incredibly hard to fake. If you take a look at the mystery mermaid no2, you can see the definate outline of the tail. The bottom right before the tail is WAY to thin to be human feet or even ankles. And someone with a birth defect wouldn't be alble to swim like that.

  • @MegaBigG10 honestly all they need to do is mover there legs up and down. i'm guessing they hap a fishing wire or rope in from of her and she was being pulled by someone, its not real unless theres no other explination

  • @MegaBigG10 And to add, there was no knee bending, air bubbles, or ankle movements of any kind on "her". :D

  • If i was that diver, I would be shitting myself

  • and Barack Obama is BinLaden

  • oh my god...i dont think knees are meant to bend that way D= 。◕_◕。

  • @NickNickDominik Come again? I didnt catch that...

  • Holy crap its Ariel!

  • It's a person..there are professional "mermaids" that practice this crap for years! Plus the knees bend and the motion is jerky, only propelling forward when the knees are coming from bent to straight...

  • fake lol

  • coolest freaking thing ever
