The phone isnt horrible, the only thing i can complain about is the TV, but I'm sure it'll get better with the updates that you can DL fairly often. If you mispell a word, you can touch the word for a predict text of that word.
Textin on this phone depends on your hand size and how u text. Usin the QWERTY layout aint bad. U can type hella quick, but if u got some paws on ya, then u may make extra use of the back button. If u utilize the stylus that comes wit it, then you will be able to type error free, but a lil bit slower. It also supports a graffiti mode where u can use the stylus to just write normally and it will convert into text on screen. But if ur a sloppy writer, then that doesn't work out too well either.
One handed texting with average sized thumbs is virtually impossible, without STARING at the screen to fix every other word you try to type. All they have to do is get rid of the vertical ABC, and replace it with a 9 key and T9 with predictive text. 10-12 seconds? you've got fingernails and using 2 hands.
i can speed text on this phone, i actualy can type ' Hey what are you doing, i am getting really bored because i didnt do anything yet today' in about 10-12 seconds. very simple. so no problems with texting.
