these checkpoints in bakersfield nets very very little results to nabb drunk drivers. 1400 cars and they got 1-2 ppl under the suspicion. howver the people it seems to really trap are immigrants just trying to scratch by but since they get a license they lose their car and alot of HARD EARNED MONEY. they like making money of the tow impound charges and seems to do very little with keeping the ppl safe
