Hey ya'll! The song that Michael is singing is "The Church Triumphant." It will go on one of two new albums we are working on, along with "These Are They." It will be a "GVB Big Ballads" type album. The second will be all new material.

Well, i'm operatically trained and singing correctly is all about feeling where the resonance is. A lot of times when I've been in the practice room or warming up I put my hands on my face to feel where the placement is or feeling the air coming out from the top. This could be what he's doing.

Also, this is especially important and useful when singing at the top of your range. Without top resonance and space you could go flat or crack.

#6 - No, Bill meant "catholic" with a lower-case C, which means universal. It refers to Christians from all denominations.

No problem! That's how the term was used back in the 300s, when it meant "Universal church."

To be technically correct, the Roman Catholic church should have stopped using it when the Orthodox split off a couple of hundred years later, since they were then one branch of the church, but old traditions can be hard to change. :)
