OK:I understand what you're saying. But isnt it also the parents fault for they barely know what their kids are watching. I mean: there is a powerbutton on tv's. And if kids turn the tv on without the parents knowing: just pull the cable out and hide it.

Im not saying shows like sanctuary, pokemon, etc. etc. are any good, but the audience itself are responsible in a big way considering what they allow kids to watch. pay attention to what the kids watch.
