I love how Jesse Lacey cracks his voice to make the songs sound more emotional. You can especially hear it at the live versions like ^ "At The Bottom".

My favourite Brand New song is "Play Crack The Sky" though.

Thats one of the less album versions of a song where you can hear his 'real' voice.

they were suppose to release the "daisy sessions" as a dvd. interscope released three songs before brand new intended so they dropped it. i dont see it coming out as an ep because of that. but we will what they do now that there off interscope records

I hate how in Brand new Vinny never gets anything stand out. His vocals are just as good as Jessies, and he's a better Guitarist. haha i love brand new, everyone in the band is so damn good.

@broskihanNBD actually he didn't... he wrote a few songs on TDAGARIM and most of daisy... and sometimes his lyrics aren't that great. jesse is the best lyricist in a while and its not that vin is a bad one its just jesse is a great one. vin is an amazing guitarist whose been able to adapt to brand news constant changing sound however.

@kasinecz I wouldn't say his vocals are as good as Jesse's, but you're right on the guitar thing. But also, Jesse is the main songwriter, although Vin has done a lot more than usual on Daisy. I appreciate them both a lot, but Jesse will always be the main musician for me.

I agree boonskee. I think if they stayed like your favorite weapon. I wouldn't have liked them the same. It's like each record hit me at the exact right moment in my life. haha anywho..Yesh I think if they keep doing this off beat off the radar "We do what WE want" basis for each album they could stay great for a long time to come. (This is to despite all the rumors that they maybe going on a hiatus. Thats just their style to keep you intrigued and holding on to that methaphorical thread.)
