the greatest actress ever to be recorded on film in my opinion. her work as patty hewes ranks as my favorite television performance of all time and coincidently her work in "dangerous liaisons" ranks as my favorite film performance of all time. she took two characters with those that could have easily been stock caricatures and she gave them such life and complexity.
