The song is about a woman talking about a handsome man who usually walks by her window and she looks at him through the balcony or window, and then she sings with the hope that he will walk by again and again, because she likes him and she would "kiss his feet", something like she would do anything for him.

She is really talented. What I also love is her costume. She's a large lady and has found a way to make a costume that make a large lady look just as beautiful and glamorous as a thin lady. And also it shows that you don't have to sacrifice beauty and glamor if you wear a coverd costume. I could concentrate on the dance instead of skin. BEAUTIFUL, ELEGANT, GRACEFUL. Bravo!
