In the picture she had on ZERO makeup and it was just a normal picture like any of us would take and you could clearly tell she had NO surgery. Most of these you can't even tell anything was done, and I doubt some of them had any surgery. Like was said before, a lot of these "before" pictures are many years before the "after", and of course you're going to grow into your features, lose baby fat, and wear makeup that flatters your features and hides the rest. Some of these have no difference other than the angle and lighting.

The rest are just awful though. ( MJ, the catwoman, Rourke, etc ).
