probably 2004. She debuted as a psycho heel. She was jealous of Trish stratus. Victoria won the title from trish lost it some time after. then she turned face in 2003 and she won the title again from molly holly. in 2005 she turned heel again.

This was not Victoria's heel turn. They wouldn't have an official heel turn on a house show. And this was late 2003 so Victoria was already heel. In fact, sometime near after this she turned face when she attacked Molly Holly.
