Your supposed to use your arms on this, she's using her upper body to swing it back. Clearly she's biting more than she can chew and will damage something in future

Is it possible to gain size without lifting that explosively? I can only lift a weight I can rep 10-12 times until failure with good form, at a moderate pace, and I increase the weight by 2.5 pounds every week and a half otherwise i get some kind of impingement or injury.
Of course not, you just need a spotter to help you push out 2-3 more reps with decent form (and sleep/diet/hormones in check).
Theres some huge guys at my gym and they never left this loose. I honestly don't think she lifts this sloppy in real life (hamming it up for the camera, perhaps?), who knows...
Also, make sure your natural alignment/posture is great and take care of any muscle imbalances (through rehab movements and stretching). See a physical therapist for instruction.
