  • Thank you dana, I used to hit the gym everyday until I have hit a plateau in losing weight, and I basically had to quit cuz my finals are at its gate, gained back what I have lost. after watching your workout videos, I carried my ass right to the gym and registered, and managed my time. Thanks for inspiring me and putting me back to the gym :D

  • Is it possible to gain size without lifting that explosively? I can only lift a weight I can rep 10-12 times until failure with good form, at a moderate pace, and I increase the weight by 2.5 pounds every week and a half otherwise i get some kind of impingement or injury.

    Of course not, you just need a spotter to help you push out 2-3 more reps with decent form (and sleep/diet/hormones in check).

    Theres some huge guys at my gym and they never left this loose. I honestly don't think she lifts this sloppy in real life (hamming it up for the camera, perhaps?), who knows...

    Also, make sure your natural alignment/posture is great and take care of any muscle imbalances (through rehab movements and stretching). See a physical therapist for instruction.
