Wow, your comment is a little much I'd say. But maybe it's you who's inexperienced because I wasn't talking about the hurricane kick's ability to hit in the air. I was talking about the ability to land a hurricane kick after a small shoryuken in the middle of the screen.

I've never seen Daigo pull that off before, not to mention any other Ryu I've seen so far.

Well, I'm no expert, but I practice with someone who's very capable; he's a Ryu player, and is better than I. And we spend a lot of our time trying to come up with setups which are innovative.

And that wouldn't even be necessary after mentioning that I keep up with all the top games on this tube. So I trust that when I point out something as unique, it's probably something that's not executed often (e.i. 0:32).

daigo used low forward to evade the cross up tatsu, right?

actually cr forward might work as an anti air and it reduces ryu's hitbox greatly, making it useful against moves like that air tatsu or tiger knees
