what rot! Was glad to see the back of Qraptar and it's equally rubbish airline. We also had to put up with moronic crew and pilots in our compound. Never came across such a bunch of noisy, rude idiots in my life. Managed to get 1 guy removed due to his antisocial behaviour. Thank God for a decent landlord! Flew home last year with a proper airline.

The most BullCrap Airlines I ever flew in, Pathetic service, very very very Rude employees in Doha and my final destination, Bangladesh (england employees were nice).11 hours of transit in Doha airport, they didnt have any hotels, not even when I offered to pay, had to stay at the airport for 11 hours after an 18 hour no sleep journey.They broke my suitcase, didnt even say sorry or pay for damages.Never going to fly with these stupid ppl.

My personal opinion: (thumbs up if you agree) I think that Qatar is one of the best airlines in the world, but not necessarily the best. They face some very tough competition from many airlines, especially Emirates, Singapore, and Cathay. Their economy isn't as nice as EK or SQ's, but it comes close, and, in my opinion, they simply haven't pushed hard enough with their premium products; their C class isn't very innovative and they didn't go for the full suite in F. They're still a great airline.

Bullshit, you lost ,In 2007 you lost my cabin bag, yeah my cabin bag and never found it, paid USD $140 as damages. I lost about $400-500 stuff in that bag.

Just before I was bording at Doha, the guy who was standing out at the stairwell said there's not enough room as the flight is full, so he took my bag and gave me a gate ticket for my bag, and that was the last time I saw my bag.

I was flying from Toronto - Colombo, via London-Doha.

Will never fly your shitty airline again.

I was a crew for them. You live with separate building, girls can only visit you till 11 PM, you have security guy and you need to sign in and off every time u leave the building, they spy on you everywhere you go. If you have a complain on the flight it's always no matter what happened your fault , u need to come to the office and been question for hours. You can be sacked anytime for no reason and then you need to pay them 2K $ b4 you go home that is the contract

@Thecutecoolguy Yes it is way cheaper and in Emirats flight you even shouldpay more if you want your own screen but in Qatar's you will always have your own screen (ask them)

Emirat's wine is expensive and there are only 3 types of wine only, Qatar's have vodka and other drinks. up to 8 brands.

shopping in Qatar's is also cheaper and you will always find your order from their magazine and if not they will send it to you by mail or to your hotel! Emirats don't have a store inside the plane

@Thecutecoolguy it is also safe in Qatar's where exist doors are near you. If you wanted any help from both airlines theywould help. since you said it is a long flight Qatar's better when you will fel cmfortable if it was evonomy or business they put a blue lights so you feel want to sleep.

I was on a trip to Canada (2 days in flight) I used Emirat's and I wasn't comfortable the service wasn't very good and bathrooms smells bad.

Forget customer services because airlines are as bad as each other in that department...and if it was based on customer services i was reading that Qatar came out on top during the Volcanic ash troubles..better than British Airways and other great airlines....let me tell you Qatar are No1 and my reasons VHF or value for money, new planes, good seat pitch, good food..believe me i have flown on many airlines in all classes and Qatar are the bees knees...they will always beat Emirates on price.

Please also include the Customer services i.e, Ticket and Lost Baggage Compensations. I found Qatar Airlines to be the worst in this case. Lots of my colleagues lost there baggage's and in return a very small amount was given only after following them several times.

I have flown with many carriers but really think twice over this factor before flying with Qatar Airways.

The IFE, the cabin crew, the service generally it's all far superior to Qatar's. Personally I think people are just being drawn in by there slogan 'World's 5 star airline' but to be honest, they are nothing compared to Emirates. That's my opinion and I don't care if it's fact or not.

I have just flown with Qatar in business class...i have also flown in business class with Emirates and Etihad...Emirates have a major problem with their business class and that is they have about 4 types of business class seats.. it can be a lottery on what type of seat you may have...one of them is 2 decades old (A330.200) as for the middle eastern airlines in busiess class i'd have two say..
