it's fine but, it's an incovenience somewhat, you have to turn your phone off to charge it, so you miss texts all the time. Also it takes over two hours or more to get a full battery, at least on my phone it does, after two or more hours of charging, a phone battery should not be half-full. in my opinion, just use this until you can get your charger port fixed or can buy a new phone...doesn't seem suitable for long term use.

For the demo battery the contact point were on the side of the battery, so perfect for this device.

But many cell phone batteries (like mine) have the contact point on the bottom of the battery. So would this still work? or would you need the old battery charger for those type?
